Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry, and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must seek parental/guardian consent before entering this Promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT/AEST) on May 18, 2016 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT/AEST) on May 29, 2016 (“Promotion Period”).

The prize draw will take place at 11:00am on June 02, 2016 at MDSA, Ground Floor, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089. The winner(s) will be notified via email within two days of the prize draw and their name(s) published online at

A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on September 02, 2016 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner(s), if any, will be notified via email within two days and their name(s) published online at
www.roadshow.com.au.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
As a condition of accepting any prize, a winner or recipient of a prize may be requested to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
