The total prize pool is valued at $5,000 flights depending. It does not include airport transfers.
The prize is valid for 12 months from date of draw and winner’s preferred date is subject to availability. The prize cannot be claimed Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holidays periods in any Australian state or territory and V8 Gold Coast 600 period.
The prize is for a family of 4 people (maximum). The definition of a family in the promotion is two (2) parents/guardians and two (2) children under the age of 18.

Entry is open to all Australian residents. If entrant is under the age of 18 years of age, permission to enter competition must be sought from their parent or legal guardian. To enter consumers must purchase a Warner Bros. DC Comics product from Best&Less from the competition dates.
Competition dates: entries open Thursday 19 May 2016 at 08.00 AEST and close at 23.59 AEST Wednesday 1 June 2016.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retail stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Multiple entries only accepted with multiple proof of purchase. Only one entry may be made for each proof of purchase of the noted product(s) range from Best&Less. In order to be entitled to win a prize, an Eligible Entrant whose entry is drawn MUST, if asked, hand over to the Promoter, within 7 days (at no additional cost to the Eligible Entrant), their original Best&Less register receipt(s) OR online order confirmation evidencing the purchase of Warner Bros. DC Comics merchandise. An Eligible Entrant drawn in the competition who cannot do so, forfeits all entitlement to any prizes and the next drawn Eligible Entrant in the Competition will be awarded the prize, subject to that Eligible Entrant meeting the requirements of this condition.
Layby’s must be fully paid off in dates of competition (open at 08.00 AEST on Thursday 19 May 2016 and close at 23.59 AEST on Wednesday 1 June 2016) to be eligible to enter.
The draw will take place on Friday 3 June 2016 at Best & Less 657 – 673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt, NSW, 2040. Winners will be contacted before Monday 13 June 2016. Subject to meeting the requirements in Conditions 1-4 (i) the Eligible Entrant submitting the first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf. Proof of purchase must be proven prior to tickets being sent out
The Promoter accepts no responsibility of any variation in the prize value from time of printing.
The winner will be notified by email and their name will be published on the Best & Less Facebook page/website.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with the prize except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters shall not be liable for any entries that have been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected, or for entries not properly completed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
If the prize is unclaimed 48 Hours after winner has been contacted then a re-draw will take place.
Eligible Entrants’ personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner. In certain circumstances, the PI of winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this competition.
