Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Car Megamart Pty Limited (ABN 76 162 280 793) South East Boulevard & Commercial Drive Pakenham Victoria 3810, telephone 1300 761 291.
The promotion commences 11:59am (AEDT) on Monday 25th April 2016 and closes at 5.00pm (AEDT) on Friday 3rd June 2016
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees (including their immediate family members) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
To enter, the weekly cash giveaway:
a. Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
Purchase a vehicle from the Car Megamart complex
Contract sale must be signed
Finance approved and money received by the individual used car yard that the vehicle has been purchased from.
Car/keys to be delivered to the purchaser of vehicle
Customers will be automatically entered into the draw once all the above has been completed.
Weekly Cash prizes will be drawn on below dates:
Sales from 1st – 7th May: Winners will be announced 8th May 2016 at 12pm
Sales from 8th – 14th May: Winners will be announced 15th May 2016 at 12pm
Sales from 15th – 21st May: Winners will be announced 22nd May 2016 at 12pm
Sales from 22nd May – 28th May: Winners will be announced 29th May 2016 at 12pm
The winner will be called on the day that the winners are announced, dates as abive and receive written notification via email on the day.
Winners will be also communicated on our Facebook page on below dates:
Monday 9th May 2016
Monday 16th May 2016
Monday 23rd May 2016
Monday 30th May 2016.
Winners will receive either a cheque for the prize money or a direct deposit into their nominated account.
To enter the Sales weekend cash giveaway on 4th & 5th June:
a. Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
Enter their details via the microsite
Be on site on Saturday the 4th or 5th June 2016 to see if you have won
Cash prize must be spent back in the Car Megamart complex by purchasing a vehicle of their choice from the variety of dealers.
Entrants must enter prior to Friday 3rd June 2016 at 5.00PM to be eligible to win the cash price.
The cash giveaway amount will be reduced from the vehicle purchase
Winner must receive detailed receipt from dealer confirming the $5000 cash giveaway
Winners will be announced at :
1. 12pm on Saturday 4th June 2016 for the first $5000
2. 12pm on Sunday 5th June 2016 for the second $5000 cash giveaway
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
All registrations into the Sales Weekend competition will receive an entry number which all entry numbers will go into the draw and one number will be drawn out on Saturday 4th June 2016 at 12pm and Sunday 5th June 2016 at 12pm.
The winner’s registration entry number will be drawn out of the barrel; we invite all guests to be on site at Car Megamart to see if you are the lucky winner!
The winner will receive written confirmation via email from Saturday 4th June 2016 & Sunday 5th June 2016 and advised on our Facebook page.
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available at
