Terms and Conditions:1. Information on how to enter the “Woolworths Big Night In” Promotion (the “Promotion”) and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Subject to clause 3, entry is open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
How to enter
4. Promotion commences at 7am AEST on Wednesday 01/06/2016 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 19/07/2016 (“the Promotional Period”). All times and dates throughout these Terms and Conditions will be based on AEDST or AEST depending upon when applicable in Sydney.
5. To be eligible to enter, the individual must, during the Promotional Period, in one transaction (the “Transaction”), purchase any three (3) products from the participating brands (being the brands set out on the ‘Participating Products’ schedule at
www.woolworths.com.au/BNI) (the “Participating Products”) at any Woolworths supermarket store nationally (including Metro and small format supermarket stores) or via the Woolworths Online shop at woolworths.com.au. In accordance with Woolworths Online Terms & Conditions (accessible at
https://www.woolworths.com.au/Shop/Discover/about-us/terms-and-conditions), all online Transactions must be for a minimum spend of $30 (excluding delivery fees). Minimum spend requirement for online Transactions excludes any tobacco, flowers, liquor and Delivery Saver products purchased. Amounts spent online on Participating Products will count towards the minimum online spend of $30.
6. To enter the promotion, the individual must then, during the Promotional Period, visit
www.woolworths.com.au (“the Website”), follow the prompts to the promotion’s entry page, and enter all requested details (including providing the Woolworths’ unique code number (displayed on the Woolworths receipt, for in-store Transactions) or online invoice/order number (displayed on the online invoice/order confirmation, for online Transactions) which is provided for the Transaction, full name, address, phone number and any additional information as required by the Promoter), and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Entrants will be notified immediately on screen as to whether or not they have won an Instant Prize (defined below). All entries (from winners and non-winners of an Instant Prize) will be entered into the Weekly Draw (defined below) corresponding to when their entry was received. The entrant’s date of entry into the Promotion will be the date on which the online entry form is actually completed in full and submitted successfully, not the date of the entrant’s eligible Transaction.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to

disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per eligible Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of Participating Products in excess of three (3) purchased in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be submitted online separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for the Transaction(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for in-store purchases) and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s) / online order confirmation must be during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
11. By each entry in the promotion, entrants will have the chance to win a Major Prize and/or an Instant Prize (prize details below).
12. Entrants will be notified instantly, whether or not they have won an Instant Prize, after they have successful submitted their entry in the Promotion online (as detailed above), and each Instant Prize winner will win one $100 WISH E-Gift Card (each, an “Instant Prize”). There are 350 Instant Prizes to be won. WISH E-Gift Cards and their use are subject to the WISH Gift Card terms and conditions which can be viewed at

13. Depending upon when the entrant’s valid entry is received by the Promoter, the entrant will receive one (1) entry in the first Weekly Draw after their entry is received. There will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received during each week (i.e. Wednesday to Tuesday) of the Promotional Period, for a total of 7 weekly draws (“Weekly Draws”). Entries into each Weekly Draw will open and close on the dates/times outlined in the table below. Unsuccessful entries in each Weekly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draw(s), however, all unsuccessful entries will be entered into any unclaimed prize draw, if applicable. 22. Total Major Prize pool value is up to $353,100 (AUD)
23. Total prize pool value (for both Instant Prizes and Major Prizes) is up to $388,100 (AUD).
24. Each Major Prize must be taken on the dates outlined above and is subject to booking and flight availability. All elements of each Major Prize must be taken together and when offered. Any element of a Major Prize not taken at the time offered will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. Elements of each Major Prize cannot be sold and cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to that prize element and the service providers for that prize element.
25. If a Major Prize winner’s nominated travel companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany that person during the entire duration of the Major Prize. Participation by a person under the age of 18, in any element of the Major Prize, is subject to relevant rules, restrictions and laws which apply to that element of the Major Prize, in respect of persons under the age of 18. Additionally, as a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the nominated parent/guardian may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner's travel companion to produce, within the requested time, appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, in its sole discretion) in order to confirm the travel companion's identity and age before issuing a Major Prize.
26. The Promoter is not responsible for cancellation, delays or changes to flights or any part of the prize or for the inability of a prize winner to take up any part of the prize due to problems with flights, travel or other factor outside the Promoter’s control.
27. Major Prize winners may extend their stay however all additional costs would be at their own expense.
28. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable (unless otherwise stated) and cannot be taken as cash.
29. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that a prize item is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original prize(s), subject to regulatory approval.
30. Each Major Prize winner (and his/her travel companions) is responsible for all other expenses including spending money over what is stated above, meals and drinks (unless specified), transport and transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

31. Each Major Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel at the same time, and must depart from the same capital city.
32. To the full extent permitted by the law neither the Promoter nor any of their associated agencies or service providers accepts any liability for any injury, damages, expenses or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property arising from or in connection with a Major Prize.
33. It is the traveller's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
34. Airline tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
35. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
36. Major Prize winners will be notified by their nominated email within two (2) NSW business days of the relevant Weekly Draw and also by phone. Instant Prize winners will be notified online instantly, and notified by email. Major Prize winners will also be published on the Website within seven (7) NSW business days of the relevant Weekly Draw. The last Weekly Draw winner and any Instant Prize winners who reside in the ACT will be published on the Website on or before 27/07/2016. Delivery of Instant Prizes may take up to 28 days from the date of first notification.
37. In the event there is a dispute concerning the promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
38. If for any reason a winner does not take a Major Prize (or an element of a Major Prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited. The Promoter, after allowing reasonable and fair time and having pursued reasonable endeavours to contact a winner and award a Major Prize, may conduct further draws to distribute forfeited Major Prizes in accordance with the below.
39. If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the prize winner, and the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit by Australia Post. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the award of a prize; independent financial advice should be sought by entrants.
40. A draw for the Tour de France Prize and/or the Olympics Prize, if unclaimed, will take place on 04/07/2016 at the same time and place as the original Weekly Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Re-draw winners (if applicable) will be notified by their nominated email within two (2) NSW business days of the re-draw and their names will also be published on the Website on 06/07/2016. For the purpose of the unclaimed prize draw, previously unsuccessful entries will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw.

41. A draw for the US Open Prize and/or the F1 Prize, if unclaimed, will take place on 15/08/2016 at the same time and place as the original Weekly Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Re-draw winners (if applicable) will be notified by their nominated email within two (2) NSW business days of the re-draw and their names will also be published on the Website on 17/08/2016. For the purpose of the unclaimed prize draw, previously unsuccessful entries will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw.
42. A draw for any unclaimed Instant Prizes (if applicable), as well as the Superbowl Prize, FIS Prize and/or Pipeline Prize, if unclaimed, will take place on 20/10/2016 at the same time and place as the original Weekly Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Re-draw winners (if applicable) will be notified by their nominated email within two (2) NSW business days of the re-draw and their names (including any ACT winners) will also be published on the Website on 27/10/2016. For the purpose of any unclaimed prize draw, previously unsuccessful entries will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw.
43. Quality control errors caused by the Promoter will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid Instant Prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
44. As a condition of entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without further notification, remuneration or compensation, for the purpose of promoting or marketing this Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
45. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
46. Any cost associated with accessing the Website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
47. As a condition of accepting a Major Prize, each Major Prize winner (and their companions) may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a winner or their companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
48. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including (but not limited to) where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in

prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (e) if any prize event is delayed, postponed, cancelled; or (f) receipt/use of and/or participation in a prize.
49. If an individual enters this promotion, the Promoter will collect personal information about that entrant so that the entrant can participate in the Promotion and the Promoter can administer the promotion. The Promoter may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the Promotion for the purpose of running the Promotion and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose an entrant’s personal information to its related bodies corporate and organisations to which the Promoter outsources functions, and organisations associated with this promotion. All entries in the Promotion become property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. The Promoter will disclose each winner’s first initial, surname and suburb or city of residence and State of residence to the media, who will publish these details. If an individual does not provide their personal information, they cannot participate in the promotion. The Promoter will use and handle any personal information collected in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at

privacy@woolworths.com.au. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may complain about a breach of privacy laws and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia (See the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for details).
