The Holden Barina X - Car and Cash promotion starts from Tuesday 1st March 2016 with weekly key draws each Friday night over 16 weeks and a Major draw on Friday 1st July 2016. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The name of the promotion is “The Holden Barina X” Car & Cash.
2. The commencement date of the promotion will be 01/03/2016 with close of entries on 01/07/2016 at 8.30pm.
3. The Barina X Car draw will take place at Forbes Services Memorial Club on Friday 1st July 2016.
4. Entry into the promotion is limited to Financial Members.
5. Financial Members will enter the promotion on each occasion that they reach the minimum turnover of $10.00 in beverage (Bars/Café) purchases & minimum turnover of $20 in catering (Bistro) purchases. (Private functions and auditorium events/shows are not included)
6. Financial Members will receive one (1) free ticket on each occasion they reach the minimum turnover amount. Tickets will be generated by the Senpos POS.
Minimum turnover limit: $20 in Bistro (1 ticket per $20)
$10 in the Bars & Cafe (1 ticket per $10)
7. Financial Members must present their financial Forbes Services Memorial Club membership card to staff at the time of each transaction when purchasing food or beverages from the Bistro, Café or Bars within the Club.
Entry will be based on turnover not a fixed dollar spend – meaning the value of purchases will be accumulative and members will not be disadvantaged if they do not meet the minimum spend on a single purchase.
8. Financial Members must place their completed entries into the promotional draw barrel located at the Forbes Services Memorial Club prior closing date and time of each draw. All entries will close between 7.00pm and 9.00pm with no further entries being received. Weekly draws will be conducted at random between 7.00pm and 9.00pm as per dates listed.
9. There will be sixteen (16) weekly draws with two (2) members drawn each week entitling them entry into the Major Key draw on the final night.
10. On the night of the Major draw (1/7/2016) an additional twenty (20) members’ tickets will be drawn from the promotion barrel entitling them entry into the Major Key draw.

MAJOR KEY DRAW – FRIDAY 1ST JULY 2016
12. On the Major Key Draw night twenty (20) members will be drawn from the weekly winners totalling fifty two (52), taking place at the Forbes Services Memorial Club at 8.30pm.
13. No member will be eligible to enter the Major Key Draw more than once – if a members name is drawn more than once a re-draw will take place – this includes all weekly winners.
11. Members drawn must be in the building of the Forbes Services Memorial Club at the time of the draw.
12. The winners will be notified by the public address system within the Club.
13. The Winning Member has four (4) minutes to present proof of membership. If the person whose ticket is drawn from the barrel is not present within the (4) minutes or their membership is invalid then another ticket will be selected. This process will continue until a person is on the premises at the time of the draw.
14. Winning tickets will be kept and all winning Members names will be entered into The Holden Barina X Key Draw register.
15. Each member who has been registered for The Holden Barina X Key Draw must be present of the final draw night of Friday 1 July 2016.
16. FORMAT OF THE FINAL DRAW – Friday 1 July 2016
The thirty two (32) weekly Winners tickets in the Holden Barina X Key Draw register plus the additional twenty (20) drawn on the final draw night will be placed into barrel #1.
17. Twenty (20) Keys will be sealed in identical envelopes and placed into a separate barrel #2. Only one key will unlock the padlock on the Holden Barina X.
18. One (1) ticket will be drawn from barrel #1 by a Club representative and a nominated independent scrutineer and then the member drawn from barrel #1 will then draw an envelope containing a key from barrel #2. This process will be repeated until all twenty (20) envelopes are drawn.
19. In the same order as drawn from barrel #1, the member will then be called to try their key in the padlock attached to a chain wrapped around the Holden Barina X. If the member’s key does not unlock the padlock the member will hand the key back to the Club representative and a nominated independent scrutineer who will double check that the key does not unlock the padlock. This process will repeat until a members key unlocks the padlock.
20. The first key to successfully unlock the padlock wins the Holden Barina X as displayed. There is only one (1) Holden Barina X to be won.
21. Consolation prizes of $250 cash will be awarded to the nineteen (19) members whose key was unsuccessful in unlocking the Holden Barina X and $100 cash will be awarded to the thirty two (32) members who were not drawn for the Final Key Draw.
22. The location of the draw will be at the Forbes Services Memorial Club situated at 41-43 Templar Street, Forbes NSW 2871.
23. A Club representative will draw all weekly winners’ by selecting a ticket from the Promotional Barrel.
24. Any member present at a function where by the organiser has requested the PA system to be turned off in that area will not be entitled to make a claim after the expiry of the four (4) minutes from the announcement.
25. Directors of the Club and employees of the Club are eligible to participate in the draw as long as the Directors are not involved in conducting the draw and in the case of employees it is outside their hours of employment.
26. If a member who has been registered as a weekly winner is suspended from the Club will not eligible to enter the final draw stage.
27. Weekly winner’s entry into the final draw is not transferable.
28. The promoter whose decision is final will make all decisions concerning any aspect or disputes connected in anyway with this promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
29. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all the rules and conditions.

31. Non cash prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
