Park Shopping Centre (this excludes Woolworths and BIG W only). Visit our website
www.majuraparkshopping.com.au/dream to enter your details, upload a photo of your shopping receipt,
and select your Ultimate Dream Prize. 4. DATE & TIME OF DRAW
10 x draws will occur at 9am on Monday 27 June 2016 at Majura Park Shopping Centre, 18-26 Spitfire
Ave, Majura Park ACT 2609. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will occur at Majura Park
Shopping Centre, 18-26 Spitfire Ave, Majura Park ACT 2609 at 9am on Tuesday 27 September 2016. 5. VALIDITY
The contest is open to all Australian residents. 6. USE OF PHOTOS etc.
It is a condition of entry that Majura Park Shopping Centre has the right to publicise the names of any
contestants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The winner may also be required
by Majura Park Shopping Centre to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges
that Majura Park Shopping Centre has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any
medium (including, without limitation, the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless that
person advises Majura Park Shopping Centre at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes
to retain his/her anonymity.
7. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify Majura Park Shopping Centre and its associated retailers
and agents against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or
participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and
damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or
omission or otherwise.
8. NOTIFICATION
All prize winners will be notified by telephone, mail and published on
www.majuraparkshopping.com.au on Monday 27 June 2016
9. All prizes are non transferable.
10. All decisions and actions of Majura Park Shopping Centre staff and its retailers will be exercised
according to their absolute discretion.
11. Entries will be declared void if; mutilated or forged. Printing errors and other quality control
matters outside of the control of the individuals will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. No
responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
12. Winners will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to their receipt of their
prize(s). Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize.
13. Employees and their immediate families of Majura Park Shopping Centre are ineligible to enter.
Employees and their immediate families of all associated retailers, sponsors and participating
companies are also ineligible to enter.
14. In all matters, all decisions of Majura Park Shopping Centre staff will be final and cannot be
contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
15. The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this competition will be used by
Majura Park Shopping Centre to conduct the competition and to contact entrants if they are a winner.
