1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. Entry is limited to residents in the state of Victoria.
3. Entry to the competition is online at racv.com.au/royalautocomps.
4. The competition commences at 4pm AEDST on Tuesday, 7 June 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday, 29 June (“the promotion period”).
5. There are five prizes of a double pass ($82) to Menopause the Musical on Wednesday, 13 July at 7.30pm at The Athenaeum Theatre, Collins St. Total prize pool is $410.
6. The first five names drawn that fulfill the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
7. The draws will take place on Thursday, 30 June 2016 at 9am at RACV, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North, Victoria.
8. The winning entrant will be notified by telephone and/or email and the results will be published on the recent winners page on royalauto.com.au on 4 July 2016.
9 The prizes are non-transferable.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, image and likeness in the event they are the winner (including photograph, filming and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including the outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or its related companies.
