Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Only entries
that are submitted and comply with these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.
A person may enter the competition as many times as they are eligible, but once per receipt.
How to enter
To enter the promotion, entrants must:
(a) Purchase a packet of 90”Rapida Spaghetti 300g and any Don Antonio Pasta Sauces 500g from any
store in the same transaction.
(b) Retain store receipt as a proof of purchase.
(c) Retain store receipt until winner is drawn to prove purchase.
(d) Complete the entry form online via the Nocelle Foods competition page

(e) Each entry must include the entrant’s name, telephone number, email address, postcode and
receipt number.
Incomplete entries and entries which are received after the concluding time of 9:00pm Friday 24
June 2016 will be ineligible. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received, for whatever
reason.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, proof of purchase and
entrant’s submitted information (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with or seeks to manipulate the entry process. Error and omissions may
be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its right at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
By entering the competition the entrant will be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win 1 x
946 Vespa Ricordo Italiano 1st Edition Model plus accessory package and 3 months registration.

Who may enter
Entry is open to Australian residents only aged 18 and over, excluding:
(a) employees of Nocelle Foods;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or siblings of such employees and
contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) contractors of Nocelle Foods; and
(d) employees of any third parties involved with the promotion.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name, and no entry can be made for or on behalf of
any other person.
Draw and winner notification
The competition is a game of Chance. Skill plays no part in determining who will be the winner. The
winner is determined by chance and luck.
The winning entry will be chosen randomly from all entries received during the competition period.
All entries received via the online competition form are printed and placed in a competition box
located in the reception area of the Promoter. The winner will be drawn manually from the pool of
entries. Each entry will have an equal and fair chance of being drawn. Nocelle Foods has the right to
disqualify any entry that is deemed ineligible.
The prize winner will be drawn at Nocelle Foods, 2-16 Market Lane Pooraka SA 5095 on Tuesday 28
June 2016 at 12pm ACDT. The prize winner will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the draw.
The Winners name will be published in The Australian publication on Tuesday 5 July 2016 and posted
on the Promoters, Nature’s Delight Facebook page.
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address within 30 days of the draw. Photo
identification must be supplied by the winner for prize collection. The winner will incur delivery
charges if their residential address is not within 30km of the capital city CBD in their state or
territory.
Should the winner not claim the prize, or if Nocelle Foods are unable to contact the winner of the
prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and Nocelle Foods shall hold no liability
towards the prize winner. Nocelle Foods has the right conduct a redraw.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize
The prize is 1 x 946 Vespa Ricordo Italiano 1st Edition Model with 3 months registration in the
winners state. Plus an accessory packages which includes a Piaggio Helmet and Piaggio Leather
Jacket). Total Prize retail value is $15,000AUD.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without
giving notice.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value from the time of writing the
Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange third party property or comprehensive insurance. A
suitable driver’s licence to ride a 125cc scooter is required to ride the prize. The winner is
responsible for any additional insurance, petrol, taxes and all other ancillary costs associated with
the Vespa prize.
The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to register the vehicle
in the name of the winner prior to the delivery of the prize. To be eligible to claim the vehicle, each
winner must be capable of obtaining registration of the vehicle in his or her name in accordance with
the applicable legislation in their state or territory. If a winner is, through any legal incapacity or
otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in his or her name then he or she may, notwithstanding any
other paragraph of these conditions, assign the vehicle to another person with legal capacity for the
purpose of registration of the vehicle. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such
arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
Privacy
In order for entrants to participate in this promotion, the Promoter may collect the name, telephone
number, email address and postcode of each entrant (Personal Information).
The Promoter reserves the right to use entrants’ supplied email for future marketing initiatives.
Entrants are able to unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by following the instructions
contained in any marketing email.
The winner and their name/image will be shared through marketing initiatives and agree that their
identities may be disclosed in the Promoters promotional material and Facebook page.
Other Conditions of entry
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including
awarding any part of the prizes), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in
performing its obligations.
The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Competition.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the
following:
(a) any act or omission by the Promoter or its employees or agents in connection with the
arrangement of the supply or the supply of goods by any person to the prize winner;
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
(d) any tax liability incurred by the prize winner or entrant; or
(e) injury of damage to entrants or other persons relating to or resulting from participation in the
competition.
This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which
are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
By submitting an entry to this Competition, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they have
read, understood and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of entry.
