Hungry? Indulge in a range of authentic and delicious BBQ dishes from around the world, from vendors who have been hand picked for the Festival. These pop-up kitchens are dishing up everything from Baby-Back Ribs and 12-hour Wood-Smoked Pulled Pork to Texas-Style Brisket, Burgers and Flamed-Grilled Pork Belly. Soak up the atmosphere, chow down on tastes from the respected tradition of Barbecue, and then wash it all down with a drink or two.
