11. The estimated value of the Minor Prize Pool, depending on number of winners and redemption rates, is up to $13,056.29 (inc GST)
12. Offers are only available in the time periods stated above and entrants may only win a particular offer during the applicable period regardless of any other results achieved in the ‘Priceline Pharmacy Winter Wonderland Ski Challenge’ game. Entrants may play the game as often as they like, but they are only entitled to one win one of each of the offers set out above during the relevant period (subject to the relevant conditions set out above).
13. After playing a game, a winner will be automatically notified on screen. Priceline is not responsible for lost offers or if an invalid email address is provided or the offer does not correctly download to an entrant’s mobile ‘passbook’.
14. The names of any minor offer winners will not be published.
15. Each offer must be claimed in accordance with any other terms and/or conditions set out next to that offer (above), and are subject to expiry.
Major Prize Promotion
16. The Major Prize Promotion consists of one (1) prize, details of which are set out below.
17. To enter the Major Prize Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit
www.priceline.com.au;(b) play the ‘Priceline Pharmacy Winter Wonderland Ski Challenge’ game and ‘ski’ for more than 200 meters on any ‘level’ to qualify for the opportunity to place an entry into the Major Prize Promotion;
(c) after qualifying for the opportunity to enter into the Major Prize Promotion, the entrant must provide all requested details on the entry form, including but not limited to their first name, last name, email, and Sister Club Member number; and
(d) submit the fully completed entry form.
18. Entrants may play the game as many times as they like, however entrants are limited to one entry per person per day.
19. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, ineligible and/or incomplete entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
20. The winning entry will all be drawn at random at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 03/08/2016 at 11:00 AM.
21. If neither the phone number nor the email address of the winner is supplied or if they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
22. The winner will be notified via email or phone within two business days of the draw. Their name will also be published on 05/08/2016 at priceline.com.au for 28 days.
23. If the prize is not claimed by 03/11/2016 at 10.00am, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11.00am on the 03/11/2016 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant regulatory authorities. Winners of any further draws will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and published online at priceline.com.au for 28 days from 14/11/2016.
24. The total prize pool for the Major Prize Promotion is valued at up to $6,075 (Including GST), as at 07/06/2016. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation to the value of the prize pool.
The prize consists of:

25. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, credit or foreign currency products.
26. Prize must be booked as described in these terms and conditions – no variations are permitted. Any amends to the prize that incur additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
27. The winner will be required to contact the Flight Centre Travel Group (contact information will be provided to the winner once a valid claim has been made), in order to make airfare, accommodation and car hire arrangements. The winner must provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice of intent to travel from intended departure date. Passenger names, valid passports and intended travel dates will be required.
28. All prize elements are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of use of the provider. Alternative similar quality accommodation and/or flights may be substituted as a result of the winner’s selected travel dates. In this instance, accommodation and/or airline provider will be at the discretion of Flight Centre Travel Group and in line with the total value of the prize.
29. The major prize is valid for 12 months from date of prize announcement (03/08/2016) and is subject to availability of accommodation and airfares. Prizes are not valid between 20 June and 20 August 2017 or over the Christmas (16 December 2016 to 10 January 2017) and/or Easter (11 to 25 April 2017) periods. There will be no extension under any circumstances. If the prizes are not claimed or used in full, they are deemed forfeited regardless of any reasons, and it will not be extended.
30. Car hire is based on Hertz Group E Toyota Camry (or similar) 4-door automatic. The winner will be subject to Hertz Australia’s terms and conditions and terms of use, which are available at
www.hertz.com.au. Please ensure that these are read and understood as liability for use of the vehicle will be borne by the winner. Any costs associated with additional features such as extra level of insurance, fuel, premium emergency roadside service, additional drivers, GPS and child seats will be borne by the winner. Car hire damage excess is not included. Minimum age of drive is 21 years. Please contact Hertz to obtain further information about the excess relating to the vehicle. Should you wish to purchase an additional level of insurance, please inform Hertz at the counter when picking up your vehicle.
31. The winner will be subject to Virgin Australia’s conditions of carriage, which are available at
www.virginaustralia.com.au. Please ensure that these are read, understood and accepted.
32. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
33. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, additional activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
Other
34. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the terms and conditions.
35. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence, including due to incorrect entrant information.
36. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the relevant promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the relevant promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.
37. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory authority.
38. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from any relevant regulatory authority and without liability to the participant.
39. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the directions of any relevant regulatory authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
40. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
41. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $6050
42. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
