Entry Restrictions:
Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over. However, where an entrant is under 21 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 21 years of age or over whilst taking the Major Prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the Major Prize.
Major Prize One: Girl Prize
To be eligible to win Major Prize One (as applicable), entrants must be able to fly on 14 October 2016 to Las Vegas and return on 20th October 2016 to Brisbane.
Dates and schedules of the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Major Prize Two: Boy Prize
To be eligible to win Major Prize Two (as applicable), entrants must be able to fly on 26 September 2016 to Las Vegas and return on 03 October 2016 to Brisbane.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Major Prize.
Entrants and their companions must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the Travel Date of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the relevant Major Prize. If the winner and/or their companion are unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the USA, the winner may forfeit their Major Prize.
The promotion begins at 6:00AM AEST on Monday 11th July 2016.
Entries into the promotion close by 8:00AM AEST on Friday 5th August 2016.
Simply ‘out-do’ the opposite sex by answering trivia questions and the best out of three will go into the major draw!

Phone entry:
At various times each weekday during the Promotion Period, between 6.00am (AEST) and 16.00pm (AEST):
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period; and
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, two (2) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) one from each sex and that entrant will be invited to participate in the On Air Game as a contestant (each a Contestant) for the relevant contest spot.
On Air Game:
Each On Air Game will be conducted as follows:
(c) The Contestants, one from each sex, will be given three (3) predetermined trivia questions (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Trivia Questions) by the on-air announcer at the time of participating in the On-Air Game. The Contestants will be required to provide the correct answer to the Trivia Questions (Answer) before the other Contestant (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(d) Each Contestants will use their sex as their buzzer; Male contestant will yell ‘boy’ out if they know the Answer and Female contestant will yell ‘girl’.
(e) The Promoter will invite the first Contestant to buzz in (as determined in its sole and absolute discretion) to Answer the relevant Trivia Question.
(f) If the Contestant uses the incorrect buzzer, the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion will not take their Answer.
(g) If a Contestant’s Answer is deemed incorrect (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) or they fail to answer within three (3) seconds after using their buzzer (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the opponent will be awarded the point for the relevant Trivia Question.
(h) The Contestant who provides the most correct Answers (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) at the end of the On Air Game will be deemed the winner of that On Air Game (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and will receive (1) one entry into the Major Prize Draw for their sex.
(i) In the case of a tie breaker, a forth Trivia Question will be asked.
(j) The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the On Air Games are
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(k) Each Contestant who is put into the Major Prize Daw will be
asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact details for the purposes of awarding the Prize.
Major Prize Draw
(a) The Promoter will conduct the Major Prize Draw in accordance with the Major Prize Draw details below.
(b) The first valid male Contestant and first valid female Contestant drawn will each be invited to participate in the final On Air Game which will then determine the Major Prize winner.
(c) If the first valid entry draw does not answer their phone within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will not be invited to appear on air and participate in the final One Air Game and the next valid entry drawn will be invited to participate in the final On Air Game. This process will be repeated until one (1) male and one (1) female Contestant are able to participate in the final On Air Game.
(d) The Promoter will conduct the One Air Game in the same manner as detailed above.
(e) The Contestant who provides the most correct Answers (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) at the end of the final On Air Game will be deemed the winner (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and awarded either Major Prize One or Major Prize Two (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(f) For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Major Prize winner and only one (1) Major Prize will be given away.
If for any reason a Contestant declines to or is otherwise unable to appear on air, or their phone line drops out, or they are inaudible for any reason, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Contestant by randomly selecting another entrant who successfully called 13 24 10 within the specified time period and inviting them to participate in the relevant On Air Game as a Contestant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility and ability to participate in the On Air Game as a Contestant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Contestant, and they may not be invited to participate in the On Air Game and/or be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Contestants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded an entry into the Major Prize Draw or the Major Prize (as applicable).
One (1) entry per person, per competition spot each day during the Promotion Period. There will be up to seven (7) competition spots per day.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw.
Major Prize Draw:
The Major draw will be conducted on Friday the 5th August 2016 between 8am and 9am.
The first valid male Contestant drawn and the first valid female Contestant will each be invited to participate in the final On Air Game.

Additional Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
(k) The winner and their companions (if any) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the travel prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the travel prize winner forfeiting their travel prize.
(l) All components of the travel prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
(m) Redeeming the travel prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the travel prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
(n) All travel must be completed as outlined above.
(o) The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
(p) Passports, visas, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion (if any) as incurred.
(q) It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
(r) The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or other prize suppliers as a result of an action of the winner and/or their companion, once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
(s) The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner and/or their companions (if any) as a result of taking the travel prize.
(t) It is recommended that the winner and their nominated companion have valid travel insurance, at the winner and companions expense, for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
(u) No portion of the travel prize is redeemable for cash. The travel prize is not refundable or transferable.
(v) The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the event that one or more event or activity is no longer available.
