1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The promotion commences 12:01am AEDT on 01/04/2016 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 27/03/2017 ("Promotional Period").
3.To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, log on to

https://www.facebook.com/ShopADocket or affiliated website or mobile application (via their compatible mobile device in the manner required) of the Promoter, complete the entry form and submit their entry. Limit of one entry per person in each draw unless bonus entries are achieved. By liking the competition on Facebook, the entrant receives ten (10) additional entries, No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly. The competition is unable to be entered on Facebook's mobile applications.
4.Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
5.There will be two (2) Major Prize draws and twelve (12) Minor Prize Draws. The draws will take place at 2.00pm at MDSA, 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. All eligible entries received during the applicable Draw Period will be entered into the corresponding draw. The winners will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 2 working days of the draw date and their name and locality will be published on

The first eligible entry drawn from each Minor Prize Draw Period will receive a (one hundred) $100 gift card from Woolworths or Coles (of the winner's choice). Total value of all Minor Prizes is $1200.
The maximum retail value of the total prize pool is $11,200.
7.The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
8.All prizes are subject to availability. Unless specified in Condition 8 the supplier of each prize will be determined by the Promoter. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
9.The Promoter and the associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winners (and their companion/s) to first check with all government travel advisory information regarding the safety and situation of the destination of their chosen destination/event.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) 3.5 months after the date of the original draw with any final unclaimed prize draw taking place on 13/07/2017 at the same time and place as the original draw/s subject to state regulations and the winner/s will be notified in writing by email and their name and locality will be published on
www.shopadocketgiveaway.com.au within two working days after the applicable draw for a period of 28 days.
11.All entries become the property of The Promoter. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition. Eligible persons agree that by submitting an entry, you agree that the Promoter may use your email address to send information and promotions concerning third party products and services and also supply your contact information and questionnaire responses to companies so that they may use them to contact you by mail, phone, SMS, MMS or email to send offers and promote services based on your preferences. 14.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in any element of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
