When Taryn Brumfitt posted an unconventional before-and-after photo in 2013 it was seen by more than 100 million people worldwide and sparked an international media frenzy.

All entries must be received by 11:59pm on Monday, August 01, 2016. The winner will be notified by Tuesday, August 02, 2016.
Entrants must be aged 18 and over and be a resident in Australia.
