Information on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Conditions of Entry (“Conditions of Entry”). Entry into the promotion by you (the “Entrant”) is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2. The Promoters are Stones Corner Motors Pty Ltd, trading as Keema Automotive Group (ABN 17 009 756 745), Mt. Gravatt (Used Cars) Pty Ltd, trading as Bayside Honda & Kia (ABN 19 009 677 310) and Auto Centre Pty Ltd, trading as Springwood Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat Alfa Romeo (ABN 23 009 677 829) of 3521 Pacific Highway Springwood (the “Promoter”). 3. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring they are familiar with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally. 4. The Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry if the Promoter learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Major Prize has been awarded to the ineligible person. Return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs. 5. The Promoter’s decision in relation to these Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every Entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.
PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion commences at 12:01AM AEST on 11/05/16 and ends at 11:59PM AEDT on 31/07/2016 (“Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. WHO CAN ENTER Entry into the Promotion is open to Queensland Residents above the age of 18 years who hold a valid Queensland Driver’s licence (“Eligible Entrants”), excluding: (a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prize); (b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph (a) above whether natural or non-natural relations; (c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, (“Ineligible Entrants”). The Promoter is responsible for determining whether an Entrant is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion. HOW TO ENTER Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 1. Test drive and/or purchase a new, demonstrator or used vehicle (“Eligible Product”) from any one of the following Keema Car locations:
(a) Keema Springwood Hyundai, Isuzu & Used - 3521 Pacific Highway Springwood QLD 4127 (b) Keema Mt Gravatt Hyundai, Nissan & Used - 1532 Logan Road Mt Gravatt QLD 4122 (c) Keema Mt Gravatt Isuzu & Used - 1445 Logan Road Mt Gravatt QLD 4122 (d) Keema Cleveland Hyundai, Isuzu & Used - 65 Shore Street West Cleveland QLD 4163 (e) Keema Bayside Honda, Kia & Used - 34-40 Shore Street West Cleveland QLD 4163 (f) Keema Springwood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Fiat, Alfa Romeo & Used - 3362 Pacific Highway Springwood. 2. Collect, complete and submit an entry form with assistance from Keema’s sales staff by: (a) providing all details required on the Entry Form, including but not limited to your first and last name, phone number, postcode and valid email address; (b) obtain the Customer Code (Unique Code) which will identify your entry; and (c) indicate your acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 3. A test drive is equivalent to one (1) entry. Only one (1) test drive at one (1) of the participating locations is permitted per person during competition period. If you make a Purchase of a vehicle, you have more chance of winning as your entry will count as four (4) entries. (Eligible Entry). 4. If an Eligible Entrant submits an entry they will receive a summarised version of the entry (including the Unique Code) confirming that the entry has been submitted and received. 5. Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. Entry is free and Entrants may enter once at each Keema Car location in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, block and/or disqualify Entrants from submitting further entries where they have reached the limit of one entry per Keema location. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition barrel on-site. 6. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, unverified or incorrect entries (“Invalid Entries”). Invalid Entries are not eligible to win.
VERIFICATION 1. A random electronic prize draw will be conducted from all Eligible Entries (“Prize Draw”) received during the Promotion Period at 3521 Pacific Highway Springwood QLD 4127 (“Draw Location”) by a representative of the Promoter, at the Promoter’s discretion, between the period of 05/08/2016 and 22/08/2016 (“Draw Date”) 1. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter, appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
2. A prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an Entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry will be an Invalid Entry. In the event that an Eligible Entrant cannot provide suitable validation or verification, the Eligible Entrant will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
PRIZE DRAW AND PRIZE INFORMATION The first Eligible Entrant with an Eligible Entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win a trip to Honolulu, Hawaii for four (4) people (two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 12 travelling together at all times) valued at approximately $12,313 RRP including GST (as of 31/4/16). All travel is subject to availability and is dependent on the availability of select seat class with airlines and room category availability with the accommodation partner. 2. The prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. Travel is valid between 01APR16-25DEC16; 01JAN17-31MAR17. However, some dates may be unavailable and you will be liable for a surcharge if the Major Prize is taken during school holidays. You will need to check with the agent when booking. 3. Redeeming the Major Prize is conditional on the Entrant’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Flight Centre Travel Group Limited trading as Noller and Turner Travel Associates and the airline carrier. 4. By participating in the competition and taking the prize, the winner agrees that it will act on behalf of all travelling companions in making the booking and accepting the booking terms and conditions.
5. The winner and any companions must be in possession of a valid passport at the time of booking with a minimum of 6 months validity from the return date in Australia 6. The winner (and its nominated travelling companions) are responsible for arranging and the cost of transport to/from the airport departure/return point; amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed; visas, passports, travel insurance and excesses, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs not listed or are additional to prize package. The winner and companions (if applicable) must hold a valid credit card and present it on check in at the accommodation establishment, to cover any incidental hotel charges. 7. All bookings must be made within 21 days of winning prize. 8. The travel itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. 9. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize. 10. The Participants are responsible for and bear all risks associated with failure to comply with: a. Any health, passport, visa and other requirements for entry into Hawaii, any country en-route, and for return to Australia. b. Making themselves familiar with, and following the Australian Government’s travel advisory and consular assistance advice available at
www.smarttraveler.gov.au c. Third party terms imposed by suppliers of goods or services included in the Major Prize. d. Any cost associated or arising in connection with a prize. e. An acceptable standard of behaviour while a participant in the Major Prize. 11. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the Participants must sign any legal documentation (which may be required in addition to the release in these terms and conditions) in the form required by the Promoter and/or Major Prize providers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form, in favour of the Promoter and its representatives and Major Prize providers from all claims, loss and liability however occurring. 12. The Promoter assumes no liability (and will provide no compensation) to a Major Prize winner and/or nominated travel companion who is unable to participate in the Major Prize (or any part of it). 13. In the event that for any reason a Participant does not take an element of the Major Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Major Prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the Major Prize. 14. The Major Prize cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If the Major Prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured. 15. The Major Prize is not (in whole or in part) transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Major Prize must be taken as offered and may not be varied. In the event where the actual cost is less than the estimated value, the difference cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services." (B) GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. If more than one person attempts to claim the prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which person is the winning Entrant. 2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: a. any variation in the value or the change of any of the elements of the Major Prize from the time of printing Promotion materials. b. lost, late or misdirected entries or entries that are not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. c. any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize. 3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to: a. to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize, if it is unable to provide the Major Prize or any part of it. b. to take any action available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to computer virus, network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. 4. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, at all times during the Promotion Period. 5. An Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers, interferes, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct, in relation to the Promotion or does not comply with the terms and conditions will be ineligible to win. Any deliberate attempt to undermine the operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws to which the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 6. The: a. Promoter and its related entities, and agencies associated with the Promotion; and b. employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense (including liability for negligence) or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of opportunity), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, any variation to the Major Prize or to the Major Prize to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). 7. The prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any Promotion activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning of a prize, free of charge, and irrevocably consents to the Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material. NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS Prize winners will be notified on the Draw Date by phone and by email, and advertised at

If any prize is undeliverable (i.e. a prize winner cannot be located) or a prize is returned to the Promoter three (3) working days after the Draw Date, a random electronic re-draw will be conducted on the forth working day (“Redraw Date”) at 12 noon AEDT at the Draw Location by a representative of the Promoter from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion. NOTIFICATION OF RE-DRAW WINNER/S (IF ANY) If the Major Prize is to be redrawn, the Re-Drawn winner will be notified on the Redraw Date by phone and by email, and advertised at
www.winwithkeema.com.au. PERSONAL INFORMATION 1. By entering into this Promotion, Entrants provide their consent for the Promoter to use their Personal Information for the purpose of administering the Promotion; contacting and verifying the winner(s) and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Entrant. 2. The Personal Information may need to be disclosed to third parties, contractors and agents who are involved in the Promotion, and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. 3. Immediately upon submission by an Entrant, the Entrants entry/entries becomes the sole property of the Promoter. 4.
