Entrants must be at least 16 years of age.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the Prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are aged under 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If a winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Entrants may be required to provide a nominated valid Australian bank account (or the nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age), as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion
The promotion begins at 9am (AEST) on Monday 18 July 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 12pm (AEST) on Friday 29 July 2016.
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by:
a) providing their contact details including but not limited to full name, phone number, email, DOB, gender, state, postcode and any other information requested by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion); and
b) answering the following question: “Tell us in 25 words or less what your ‘beef’ with the day is?” (Answer).
Each valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each week day of the Promotion Period between Monday 25 July 2016 and Friday 29 July 2016 between 12.00pm (AEST) and 4.00pm (AEST) the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the “best” entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 12.00pm (AEST) that weekday during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone to discuss their Answer and assess their suitability for radio (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion); and
(c) inform up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) that they are on the standby list and may be invited share their Answer on air between 4.00pm (AEST) and 6.00pm (AEST) that weekday (Share your Answer On Air).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter or placed on the standby list, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air to share their Answer or win a Prize.
Share your Answer On Air
Each weekday during the Promotion Period between Monday 25 July 2016 and Friday 29 July 2016, the Promoter will call up to five (5) Selected Entrants on the standby list judged to have submitted the “best” entries (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries submitted by 12.00pm (AEST) that weekday during the Promotion Period, and invite them to share their Answer on air;
From the Selected Entrants who successfully share their Answer on air, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will then select one (1) “best” Answer (based on the Judging Criteria) and deem that Selected Entrant the winner and award them a Prize.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, they are inaudible, or their phone line drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting the Selected Entrant who submitted the next ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and invite them to Share their Answer on air on the applicable weekday. The
Promoter will repeat this process until a Selected Entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to Share their Answer on air on the applicable weekday.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one Prize each.

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter, based on the Judging Criteria. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid online entry submitted via the online entry form will be individually judged by the Judges based on creativity, uniqueness and appeal for radio.
Each Selected Entrant will be individually judged by the Judges based on enthusiasm and suitability/appeal for radio.

Winners will be notified:
- via telephone;
- on air at the time of winning;
by 29 July 2016.
Prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 28 October 2016.
The Cash Prize will be transferred to the prize winner’s nominated Australian bank account (or their parent/guardian’s nominated bank account where the winner is aged under 18 years) via electronic funds transfer.
