Paddy Pallin Patagonia Competition Terms and Conditions:ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to all residents of Australia, that sign up to the Paddy Pallin enewsletter during the campaign period of 23:59.59 AEST 5th of July
till 23.59.59 AEST 28th July, 2016. Employees of Paddy Pallin or The North Face or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
TO ENTER:
Fill in the entry form to sign up to the Paddy Pallin enewsletter. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize. Plus if shared on Facebook you will receive 5 (five) additional entries for each friend that enters using your unique sharing url.
TIMING:
The closing date of this competition is 23.59:59pm AEDT on 28th of July 2016. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the closing date.
USE OF DATA:
Paddy Pallin collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, Paddy Pallin may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Paddy Pallin. All entries become the property of the Paddy Pallin.

The winner (1 overall) will be drawn randomly from all entrants on 29th July 2016 at 3:00pm AEDT at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 29th of July 2016 and announced on the Paddy Pallin Facebook page on the 29th of July 2016.
REDRAW:
If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner by 11th August 2016 at 5:00pm AEST, the prize will be redrawn. The winner (1 overall) will be drawn randomly from all entrants on 12th August 2016 at 12:00pm AEST at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on 12th August 2016.
PRIZE:
1 winner will win themselves their choice of $1000 of The North Face Clothing & Equipment at the Recommended Retail Price from the range in the Paddy Pallin store or Paddy Pallin Online store. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Paddy Pallins decision shall be final.
