Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to attend a performance of
Dream Lover at The Sydney Lyric Theatre, on Friday 21 October, 2016.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
defined below) on weekdays, between 6.00am (AEST) and 9.30am
(AEST), from Friday 22 July, 2016 to Friday 15 July, 2016 and in
accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be
eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
a message bank,
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third
parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the
entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers
the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's
Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as
determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize, as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

Entry Method During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry
form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, mailing
address including suburb & postcode, and answering in 25 words or less
the question “Who would you take on a dreamdate to Dreamlover, and
why?”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each weekday from Friday 22 July, 2016 to Thursday 28 July, 2016,
between 12.00pm and 1.00pm (AEST) the Judges (in their sole and
absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to one (1) entrant judged to have submitted the ‘best’
entries based on the Judging Criteria from all valid entries
submitted during the Competition Period (each, a Selected
Entrant);
b) contact up to one (1) Selected Entrant by telephone (in the sole
and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
c) invite the Selected Entrant to share their Answer on air that day.
If a Selected Entrant successfully shares their Answer on air that
day, they will be deemed a winner and awarded the prize, in the
absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is
otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line
drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide
to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and
inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will
repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms
their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that
Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be
awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants appear on air during the
Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from ACMN, and if an entrant selects “yes”
(via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact
details will be passed on to ACMN (including for the purposes of direct
marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications
from ACMN by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in ACMN
communications sent to subscribers.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter on weekdays, between 12.00m – 1.00pm (AEST) from Friday 8
July, 2016 to Thursday 14 July, 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to
determine five (5) winners (1 x winner per weekday). All valid entries will
be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in
accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness and appeal for radio.

Prize Terms and Conditions
Accommodation valid for one night stay on Friday 21 October,
2016.
Cast members for meet-and-greet portion of prize are subject to
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets.
Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of
the tickets.
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on
the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are
subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the
voucher.
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign
a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to
participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the
Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will
result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a
representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the
Promoter in its sole discretion.
Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued
as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and
conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and
the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
All accommodation must be used between the dates specified by
the Promoter and is subject to availability which may depend on
applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, or
specific room category availability with accommodation partner.

The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
Spending money, meals, additional activities and any other
ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any
applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details
above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated
companion (if any) as incurred.
Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the
prize.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
refundable or transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the
event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the
remainder of the prize shall constitute the complete and total
prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further
correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated
companion.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when
offered or are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be
deemed to be forfeited.
The prize winner and their companion must travel together and
participate in the prize together at all times.
