Entry into this “WIN A CAR” (“the Competition”) deems automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. All promotional material issued by the Promoter including, without limitation, information on how to enter, forms part of these Terms. However, to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the Competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. 3. The Competition is to be operated and promoted by the Promoter commencing from 8.30am EST on July 23 2016 and closing on 12 am EST time 31 October 2016 (”Promotional Period”.) 4. The Prompter, subject to these Terms and Conditions, agrees to provide to the winner of the Competition a Holden MP Spark LS 1.4L manual 5 Door Hatch MY16, total prize valued at $13,840 (including GST), this includes all on road costs, but excluding any and all insurance and delivery costs. 5. Each entrant may only enter in their own name and must fully complete the details requested at

To be eligible to enter this Competition each entrant must have first booked and paid for an Express Service provided by any Express Franchisee before the expiry of the Promotional Period. Entrants may enter more than once in the Competition via each time re-submitting their details via

Entry is open to all Queensland residents over the age of 18 years and who hold a valid drivers license and who are compliant with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter, its Associates, Express Franchisee/s and and any employees and agents of such entities, and each of the before mentioned parties immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition. “Immediate families” means and includes spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household. 8. The draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s Head Office on 5 November 2016 at 12 pm. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within two business days of the draw. 9. The prize must be collected from the Promoter’s Head Office within 7 days by the winner and will only be given once there has been confirmation that the winner has met all criteria specified in these Terms and Conditions, including agreement to and abide by each of these Terms and Conditions. 10. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if any term of this agreement has been breached, and if an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this agreement, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. 11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party. 12. The Promoter may conduct such further draw/s at 10 am 5 business days after the last draw/s at the Promoter’s Head Office in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by this date, the Winner to be notified by email and telephone within two business days of the draw. 13. The winner agrees to have his/her own name, image and photos etc. published on the Promoter and/or any of its Associates’ website, newsletters and/or on such other promotional materials developed by these parties in connection with the Competition and/or this promotion. 14. By partaking in the Competition and promotion each entrant consents: (a) to the collection, use and or disclosure of information provided by each entrant for internal research, and current and future promotional, advertising and marketing activities of the Promoter and its Associates; and (b) for the Promoter and its Associates to contact each entrant and send and or provide the Entrant information via telephone, mail, in person, email, sms and any other form of communication medium. 15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash and must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner in unable to collect and/or use the prize as stated. 16. The Promoter and its Associates are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, action, damage, claim or injury by any person caused howsoever or whatsoever in connection with this Competition and promotion. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected postage and/or correspondence. 17. To the extent it is legally possible, this agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. 18.“The Promoter” means Express Business Group MMF QLD Pty Ltd; “Associates” includes the Promoter’s related companies (including its related entities, subsidiaries and holding companies) any and all its Express franchisees and authorised business partners and or suppliers); “The Promoter’s Head Office” means 4/5 Henry Street Loganholme 4129 QLD; “Express Franchisee” means a party who the Promoter has authorised to be an Express franchisee operating under the Express brand within Queensland; “Express Service” means and includes any authorised Express service and/or products provided by an Express Franchisee.
