Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Flight Centre Travel Group Limited ABN 25 003 377 188 trading as Student Flights ("The Company") of 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or over ("Eligible Persons"). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 23/06/2016 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 30/10/2016 ("Promotional Period").
To enter the promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, log onto
www.studentflightsgiveaway.com.au and complete the entry form. Limit of one entry per person in the draw unless bonus entries are achieved. By liking the competition on Facebook, the entrant receives ten (10) additional entries. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly. The competition is unable to be entered on Facebook's mobile applications.
Eligible Persons must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
Entry is free. However, any costs associated with accessing Social Platforms are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
There will be one (1) Prize draw. The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEDT on 04/11/2016 at MDSA, 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. All eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. The winner will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 2 working days of the draw and their name and locality will be published on
www.studentflightsgiveaway.com.au from 09/11/2016 for a period of 28 days.
The Prize ("Prize") includes:
One (1) $5,000 Student Flights travel voucher redeemable at all Student Flights retail stores located within Australia.
The maximum total prize value is AU$5,000.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable.
Unless specified in Condition 9 the supplier of each element of the prize will be determined by the Promoter. If the Prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.

The Promoter and its associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the prize destination. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw 3.5 months after the date of the original draw with the unclaimed prize draw taking place on 24/02/2017 at the same time and place as the original draw subject to state regulations and the winner will be notified in writing by email within 2 working days of the draw and their name and locality will be published on

All entries become the property of The Promoter. Eligible Persons consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by the Promoter and its agents associated with this competition. Eligible Persons agree that by submitting an entry, you agree that the Promoter may use your email address to send information and promotions concerning third party products and services and also supply your contact information and questionnaire responses to companies so that they may use them to contact you by mail, phone, SMS, MMS or email to send offers and promote services based on your preferences. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out in Condition 2. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to The Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence arising from any error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communication networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to network traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion website are the Eligible Person's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Persons (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in any element of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
