Period:
The Promotion opens at 12.01am (AEST) on 11 July 2016 and closes at 11.59pm
(AEST) on 14 August 2016.
Who can enter: Entry is open only to New South Wales and Queensland Residents over the age
of 18 years. NSW Permit No LTPS/16/05312
How to enter: 1. To be eligible to enter the Promotion you must complete the following steps
during the Promotion Period:
a. purchase a product marked with the competition’s Locally Grown
identifier, at a Participating Store, during the Promotional Period to
receive an Entry Form. A Participating Store is a member store listed
at the end of this document; and
b. complete the Entry Form either in store or online via
www.yourlocalfruitshop.com.au by inputting the requested details
including the Mandatory Information and the entry code found on the
Entry Form and follow the directions on that page to submit the fully
completed Entry Form in order to be in the draw to win a Major Prize
and Store Prize; and
c. comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry to the Promotion is free.
3. Multiple entries by the same individual are permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase and Entry Form;
and
b. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the
entry requirements and these Terms and Conditions.
4. For an entry to be valid, it must contain these required fields – your first and
last name, email address, postcode, daytime telephone number or mobile
number, your age and sex, the name of the shop you purchased the
Qualifying Purchase from and the entry code found on the Entry Form for
online entries (Mandatory Information). If you do not supply all of the
Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
5. Entrants entering online must retain their original Entry Form for all entries as
proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original Entry Form when
requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in
invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
Prizes: Store Prize
1. Each Participating Store will have one store prize winner who will receive a
store prize voucher to spend at that store valued at $100 worth of fruit and
vegetables. A Participating Store may elect to also include additional prizes
as part of the prize (for their store). This is voluntary for the Participating
Stores and not all stores may elect to do this (Store Prize). The Store Prize
for each Participating Store is listed in the table at the end of this document.
2. At the commencement of the Promotion, a total of 83 Participating Stores are
participating in this Promotion. The list of the Participating Stores and the
Store Prize of each Participating Store can be found at
www.yourlocalfruitshop.com.au. The Promoter reserves the right to change
the number of Participating Stores and the total prize pool by adding new
Participating Stores to the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Any new
Participating Store will be added to the table at the end of the document and
also to the Geographic Region in which the Participating Store is under. The
number of Geographic Regions will remain at 5.
3. The total value of the Store Prizes is $8,300 (including GST).
4. Each store prize voucher cannot be redeemed in one transaction; a
maximum of $50 is allowed per visit, per day. Any ancillary costs associated
with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a
voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to
any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the
voucher.
Major Prize
1. The Major Prize is a pre-paid VISA or MasterCard loaded with $5,000 and
there are 5 major prizes to be won. It is a condition of accepting the Major
Prize that you accept Visa’s or MasterCard’s, as the case may be, terms and
conditions of use of pre-paid cards.
2. The total value of the Major Prizes is $25,000 (including GST).
3. For the purpose of the Major Prize Draw, the Participating Stores are split
into five Geographic Regions, as detailed at the end of this document. Each
Geographic Region will have one winner. The first valid entry drawn for each
Geographic Region will be the winner.
4. The Major Prize is not negotiable.
5. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of the
goods or services provided by VISA or MasterCard.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may
arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be
sought.
Draw Date: 1. All draws will take place on the dates, times and locations indicated below.
A. Store Prize Draws: All entrants who provide a valid entry into the
Promotion will enter the Store Prize Draw corresponding to their Qualifying
Purchase. The Store Prizes will be drawn before the Major Prize Draw. A
draw will take place to select the winner of the Store Prize for each
Participating Store at 10.00am AEST Monday 19 September 2016. The first
valid entry drawn for each Participating Store will be the winner.
Notwithstanding paragraph1.a of the How to Enter Section, you are only
eligible to win one Store Prize. Should an individual be drawn as the winner
for more than one Store Prize, the Store Prize for any second or recurring
Store Prize at the Participating Store(s) will be redrawn.
B. Major Prize Draw: All entrants who provide a valid entry into the
Promotion will enter the Major Prize Draw (including winners of Store Prizes)
corresponding to their Qualifying Purchase. A draw will take place to select
the winner for each of the five Major Prizes at 11.00am AEST Monday 19
September 2016. The first valid entry drawn for each Major Prize will be the
winner. Notwithstanding paragraph 1.a of the How to Enter Section, you are
only eligible to win one Major Prize. Should an individual be drawn as the
winner for more than one Major Prize, the Major Prize for any second or
recurring Major Prize will be redrawn.

Participating Store, will be notified by email and/or phone by Wednesday
21 September 2016 and their name will be published on the Your Local
Fruit Shop website –

September 2016.
2. The Store Prize must be collected by the winner from the Participating
Store or, upon request and at the discretion of the Promoter, may be
mailed to the address indicated on the winner’s Entry Form.
Major Prizes:
1. All five major prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone by
Wednesday 21 September 2016 and their name will be published on the

Monday 26 September 2016.
2. The winners must collect their prize from Brisbane Markets, 385
Sherwood Road, Rocklea QLD 4106 or, upon the winner’s request and at
the discretion of the Promoter, may be sent by registered courier (which
requires the winner’s signature) to the address indicated on the winner’s
Entry Form.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must fall within the criteria in the ‘Who can enter’
section of the Promotion Details Table. Entry to the Promotion is free.
You must follow the requirements in the ‘How to enter’ section of the Promotion Details Table
and any entry into the Promotion must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
Entries submitted after the Promotion Period has closed will not be accepted. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for late entries or for any technical difficulties or period of
unavailability of the website

Your entry must not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any
person (including intellectual property rights) or could be considered to be insulting,
inflammatory, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
The winners of the Promotion will be drawn by the Promoter on the Draw Date. The winners
will be announced on the Promoter’s website page, Facebook page and also notified by the
Notification Means on the Draw Date. The winners of the Prizes must contact the Promoter by
the Contact Details within 30 days of the Draw Date. If the winner does not contact the
Promoter within 30 days of the Draw Date, the Prize will be redrawn.
By entering this competition you acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You release Facebook from any
and all claims which may arise in relation to this Promotion.

(a) the Promoter is the party collecting the information in this form. You can contact us at

(b) the Promoter may use the details it collects from you, including any email address you
give to us, in relation to your participation in the Promotion, for your entry into the

disqualified, you will not be able to enter the Promotion, or we may be unable
to deliver your prize if you are a winner; and
(2) we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you

are related to or affiliated with the Promotion, such as any organisation as
