TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Information on how to enter this Promotion and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry (Terms). These Terms apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

The Promoter is Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 17 003 274 655) of 44 Wharf Road, West Ryde, NSW 2114 Australia. (PH: 1800 022 046) (Promoter).

The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants).

Employees, management and contractors of the Promoter and other companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion opens at 12.01am AEST on 3 August 2016 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 23 August 2016 (Promotional Period). How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

a.purchase one or more packs of any Vanish, Finish, Pine O Cleen or Dettol product (Qualifying Products) from any Woolworths supermarket in Australia (Participating Stores);

b.retain the receipt evidencing proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product from the Participating Store (Purchase Receipt);

c.visit www.beachampionathome.com (Website);

d.enter the following details:

first name;

surname;

mobile phone number;

email address;

residential address;

date of birth;

name of the Qualifying Product purchased; and

the Woolworths receipt number on the Purchase Receipt
(Eligible Entry).

Prizes

The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter will utilise a computer drawing system to randomly determine a set number of winning times for each prize during the Promotional Period (Winning Times). The number of Winning Times for the prizes will be determined based on the total number of prizes to be awarded during the Promotional Period. The first valid Eligible Entry that is received on or after each Winning Time will be deemed an instant winner of a prize.

Each prize is $1,000AUD cash (Prize). There are three or more Prizes to be won in Australia each day of the Promotional Period and a total of 100 Prizes to be won during the Promotional Period.

The Promoter makes no warranty that any minimum number of winners will be selected from any city, State or Territory.

Multiple entries are permitted provided that (a) each entry complies with these Terms; and (b) only one entry permitted in respect of each Purchase Receipt. A maximum of one (1) Prize will be awarded per winning Eligible Entry.

The total Prize pool value is $100,000AUD.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

Prize Redemption

Winners will receive confirmation via the Website upon submitting their Eligible Entry and the Promoter will then contact the winners by phone and email within two (2) days of them submitting their Eligible Entry to arrange authentication of the Purchase Receipt.

Winners must send a clear copy of a valid Purchase Receipt to the Promoter by email at beachampionathome@handlingmatters.com.au.

The Promoter will then authenticate the Purchase Receipt within 14 days, following receipt of a photograph of the Purchase Receipt by email in accordance with clause 14 above. Only Eligible Entrants whose Purchase Receipts have been verified as authentic will be eligible to win the Prize. The Promoter’s decision on authentication is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If the Winner is unable to send a clear copy of the Purchase Receipt to the Promoter by email in accordance with clause 14 above, then they should contact the Promoter on 1800 022 046 to make alternate arrangements to deliver the Purchase Receipt or a copy of same to the Promoter. The Promoter may agree to make alternative arrangements for delivery of the Purchase Receipt or a clear copy of same in its absolute discretion.

If a valid Purchase Receipt or clear copy of same is not received for any reason after three (3) months after the close of the Promotional Period, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Purchase Receipt, any copy of any Purchase Receipt or any other communication relating to the Promotion which is late, lost or misdirected whether by email or otherwise.

At the close of the Promotional Period all valid claims to Prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.

The Promoter will email the winners (using the email address provided), within two (2) days of their eligibility being authenticated, in order to notify the winners that they are entitled to a Prize. The names of winners will be published on the Website within 30 days after the close of the Promotional Period on the Website on 22 September 2016.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be required to submit their bank account details to the Promoter and Prizes will be awarded by way of transfer of funds into the winners’ nominated bank account within 28 days of being authenticated and emailed in accordance with clause 19 above as a winner.

Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of Eligible Entrants will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a Prize.

Details of any claims for Prizes which are denied shall be retained. These details will include the name and address of the claimants and the reason why the claim was not met and an unsuccessful claimant will be promptly informed of the reasons for the Promoter refusing to award a Prize, unless forgery or similar tampering with a Purchase Receipt is suspected.

If required by the Promoter and as a condition of accepting a Prize, winners must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

All Prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed during or after the close of the Promotional Period.

If any Prizes remain unclaimed three (3) months after the close of the Promotional Period, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12.00pm AEDT on 29 November 2016 at Prime Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).

To enter the Unclaimed Prize Draw, and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
submit an unsuccessful Eligible Entry; and

follow the prompts to register for the Unclaimed Prize Draw.


Winners of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone and email within two (2) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and their eligibility will be verified. Winners will be required to submit their bank account details to the Promoter and a Prize will be awarded by way of transfer of funds into the nominated bank account within 28 days from the date of provision by the winners of their bank account details.

Details of the winners of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be published on the Website within 30 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw on 29 December 2016.

Use of Eligible Entrants personal information

Personal information including Eligible Entrants’ names, residential addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and bank account details will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion (which may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents and third party service providers, for the purpose of processing Prize claims and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional and marketing purposes including for direct marketing (Purpose). By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations or persons including overseas service providers located in New Zealand that may use it, in any media for the Purpose. By entering this Promotion Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may use the personal information provided to contact them for the Purpose and in any future marketing and promotional material for any purpose, without payment to the Eligible Entrants.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the winner or any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion, including verification that the winner is an Eligible Entrant. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion or with the Prize, has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Terms would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms to be void (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these Terms all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) subject to any permit conditions, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry, Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax implications; and/or (f) a Prize or use of a Prize.

Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion.

Any costs associated with accessing the Website are an Eligible Entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend these Terms, subject to any written directions under applicable law or from any regulatory authority.
