Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
WHO CAN ENTER
This promotion is only open to Australian residents over 18 years of age. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion commences 2 August 2016 at 11.00am AEST (or such time as the specified posts, referred to below, are posted on the Promoter's Facebook page) and closes 31 August 2016 at 10.00am AEST (Promotional Period).
Entries must be received by 31 August 2016 at 10.00am AEST. Entries received after this date / time will be ineligible.
The prize draw will take place on 2 September 2016 and the winners will be notified via Facebook.
HOW TO ENTER
The Promoter will make a series of posts on its Facebook page during the Promotional Period. To enter this promotion, simply comment on any of those posts by telling us how you keep on top of the laundry, and like the Haier Facebook page, during the promotional period. Only one entry per person per post will be entered into the prize draw. All comments must be made public to be entered into the draw.
All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered in the prize draw.
PRIZE DRAW
The prize draw will take place on 2 September 2016 at Fisher & Paykel Appliances Australia, Level 1, 1 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. The winner will be the first valid entry selected at random. The Promoter will notify the winner via a private message on Facebook. The winner must respond and provide a valid email, phone number and residential address to the Promoter. Thereafter, the Promoter will communicate with the winner via the phone number or email address provided.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the winner does not contact the Promoter within 3 months of the announcement, or does not provide a valid email, phone number and residential address within that time, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw on 31 October 2016 at Fisher & Paykel Appliances Australia, Level 1, 1 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 and reallocate the prize to the next valid entry selected at random.
THE PRIZE(S)
There is one prize package to be won, consisting of one Haier Front Loader Washing Machine (HWM75-1279) and one Haier Front Loader Dryer (HDY-E60). The total value of the prize is worth $1118 RRP.
The winner must provide valid contact details (including name, phone number and residential address) to allow the Promoter to arrange delivery.
The prize includes delivery to the winner’s residential address but does not include installation. The winner will be required to sign upon delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the prize.
GENERAL
Winners take the prizes at entirely their own risk and indemnify the Promoter and any retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss they may incur in connection with the prizes.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prizes that are lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged and will not replace them.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of similar value, in its sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters related to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.
If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value.
No part of the prize is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
