The competition will start at AEST 12.00pm Monday 8th August, 2016.
The competition will close at AEST 12.00pm Monday 5th September, 2016.
Participants must visit their Station Website during the Competition Period (Monday 8th August – Monday 5th September) and fully complete the online entry form, including by providing their name, address, contact number and email address. All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw.
The Promoter will select one [1] entry and this entrant will be deemed a winner!
There will be a maximum of one [1] major prize, consisting of:
Two x economy flights from the winners nearest capital city to Las Vegas for the winner and one guest;
Hotel accommodations for five nights in Las Vegas for the winner and one guest in one hotel room; and
Ground transportation from airport and hotel in Las Vegas for the winner and one guest.

Winners must be available to travel at a time determined by the Promoter between Wednesday 21st September and Thursday 29th September 2016. The total nights spent in the United States of America will be five (5) nights so the winner may not be away for the entire time specified above. Exact travel dates are subject to airline availabilities.
Please note that if a prize comprises tickets or attendance at any function or event, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the function or event. Should the function or event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied, including but not limited to by the substitution of the promoted performers, then the Promoter has no responsibility to provide alternate or substitute tickets or to provide any cash equivalent in substitute for the tickets.
Please note the winner and their guest must travel together and must leave from the winners nearest capital city as specified in their entry.
Total maximum value of the prize: AU $8,000.00
Entrants are limited to one entry per day during the competition period.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the
Promoter or any of its agencies involved
with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent,
natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name;
(d) any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter or any radio station that is a member of the Australian Radio Network, valued either individually or collectively at more than $50 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the Promotion.
(e) Employees of any other radio stations, including the Australian Radio Network.
All entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition and/or claim their prize.
One (1) Major prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the active contesting period.

Prize winners will be notified by phone and email.
Prize winner will be notified between 12:00pm AEST Monday 5th September 2016 and 05:00pm AEST Tuesday 6th September 2016.
If the prize is unclaimed, a winner will be re-drawn between 12:00pm AEST Monday 12th September 2016 and AEST 5:00pm Monday 12th September, 2016.
