1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acknowledgement that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

3. This promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Monday, 1st of August 2016 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 30th of September 2016 ("Promotional Period").
4. “Participating Stores” means all Go Vita stores in Australia.
5. The promotion comprises of one major prize.
5.1. $10,000 Flight Centre gift card x1, (the "Major Prize").

To enter, purchase any Balance Sports Nutrition 100% Whey Natural protein product, excluding Balance Sports Nutrition 100% protein bars ("Qualifying Product") at any participating Go Vita store during the Promotional Period, complete the entry form and drop your entry in the in-store entry box or complete the form via the Balance Sports Nutrition website (
www.balancesportsnutrition.com.au). Competition opens on Monday, 1st of August 2016 at 9am and all entries must be received by the Friday, 30th of September 2016, 11.59pm.
6.2. To be eligible for entry a person must be a resident of Australia and must be over the age of 18. Employees and their immediate families of Go Vita Distributors Limited, Vitaco Health Australia Pty Ltd and/or their related entities are not eligible to enter either Competition. Those persons who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered as "Valid Members".
7. All Valid Members who make a purchase at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period of any Balance Sports Nutrition product ("Qualifying Purchase") will have the opportunity to enter the Major Prize.
8. One entry per qualifying product purchased within the Promotional Period.
9. Major Prize
9.1. Each individual entry will be entered into the Major Prize draw.
9.2. The Major Prize of $10,000 Flight Centre gift card x1

The prize is valid for 12 months from activation in which the gift card amount should be used in full in conjunction to the conditions of Flight Centre. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Once a booking is made and paid in full, any changes will incur change fees at the prize winner's expense.
9.4. Any amount remaining on the Flight Centre gift card after the 12 month validity, will not be transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
9.5. All additional expenses incurred in taking the prize are at the expense of the winner and all other ancillary costs.
9.6. If for whatever reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged.
9.7. The prize elements may be terminated without notice if these terms and conditions are not complied with subject to written instruction from state regulatory bodies.
9.8. The Major Prize draw will take place at 11.00am (AEST) on Friday, 25th of November 2016, at Vitaco Health Australia Pty Ltd Office, 82 Waterloo Road, North Ryde, NSW, 2113. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. If invalid, the next valid entry drawn will win. The judge's decision will be final. The winner will be notified by telephone within 2 working days of the draw and by email. The winner's name and suburb will also be published on the Balance Sports Nutrition and Go Vita Facebook pages.
9.9. If the Major Prize is unclaimed or a winning entrant is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions by the Saturday, 25th of February 2017, then a re-draw will take place at 11.00am (AEST) on Monday, 27th of February 2017 at Vitaco Health Australia Pty Ltd Office, 82 Waterloo Road, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, subject to any written directions given under state regularity authorities. Each individual entry will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw. There will be one winner of the unclaimed prize draw and they will be notified by telephone and mail and his or her name and suburb will be published on the Balance Sports Nutrition and Go Vita Facebook pages.
10. Prize values are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Balance Sports Nutrition and Go Vita Distributors Limited accepts no responsibility for changes to prize values.
11. All prizes are non exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
12. Any tax implications for winners, which may arise from this promotion, are the responsibility of the winners, and independent advice should be sought.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The winners' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. 14. In conducting this promotion, Go Vita Distributors Limited:
a. will use your name and contact information collected from you for
purposes relating to and arising from this promotion;
b. will publish all prize winners' names and their suburb for each draw
and any unclaimed prize draw;
c. may require the winner of the prize to provide proof of identity and
age;
d. reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all
aspects of the prize, if Go Vita Distributors Limited determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize;
e. reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct;
f. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
g. will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details being provided by entrants;
h. if the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Go Vita Distributors Limited, it reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion subject to relevant authorities;
i. may otherwise use and disclose the entrants' personal contact information as required or authorised by law; and
j. may publish the winners' full name, suburb and state of residence on
www.govita.com.au for a period of one month and on one Go Vita Distributors Limited e-newsletter to be sent to the entire Go Vita email membership base.
15. Go Vita Distributors Limited and its respective related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, negligence or loss of opportunity), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
