Celebrating the release of SPIN OUT, Sony Picture’s and My Cinema are giving you the chance to win $5,000.
Enter by purchasing a ticket at My Cinema participating cinemas from 25 August (see list below) to see SPIN OUT (M) opening 15 September, filling in details on the entry form provided, and submit your entry in the entry box at the cinema.
SPIN OUT co-Written and co-Directed by Tim Ferguson (Doug Anthony All-Stars), about two lifelong friends Billy (Xavier Samuel: Love and Friendship, The Death and Life of Otto Bloom) and Lucy (Morgan Griffin: San Andreas, Charlie and Boots) – both in denial about their feelings for each other. Set amongst the backdrop of a country Ute Muster and party in rural Australia, Spin Out is a romance “Aussie style’ with a mix of great laughs, rocking music & good times with a cast of unique and loveable characters that we will cheer for, laugh and party with! A couple of those characters include Billy’s friend Nic played by Lincoln Lewis (TV Series: Gallipoli, House Husbands, Neighbours, Underbelly, Home & Away and films After Earth, Tomorrow, When the War Began), Mary played by Melissa Bergland (Winners & Losers TV series) and introducing Teyha as Knob the dog.
Original music and performances by Taylor Henderson (1 double-platinum single, #1 debut album, The X-Factor) and Brooke McClymont from the multi-award winning (10 Country Golden Guitar Awards, 2 Aria Awards, APRA Award) and #1 country music group The McClymonts. Jon Hume from band Evermore is a composer on the modern country/rock soundtrack.
