The competition starts on Monday 25th July 2016 at 7:00am and ends on Sunday 1st September 2016 at 6.00pm.
There will be one prize up to the value of $600. The prize is an iPad Air 2 developed, and marketed by Apple Inc.
Only one entry permitted per property assessment. The prize will be awarded to the individual registered owner or authorised agent who submitted the registration. The prize will not be split between multiple owners of a property
The winner will be randomly selected by the Adelaide City Council by COB Friday 5th September 2016.
The winner will be notified via the email they entered the competition with to arrange collection of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be issued to the next runner up.
The winning entrant agrees having their photograph taken at time of collection of the prize and provides consent to Adelaide City Council to use this photo with or without their name listed, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media.
The decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Adelaide City Council makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prize and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prize should be brought to the attention of the respective retailer listed on the prize.
