TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. By entering this competition, you agree to, accept and are bound by the TradeTools Pty Ltd terms and conditions. 2. This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, except for the employees of the promoter, TradeTools Pty Ltd, it's subsidiary companies, their families and any other companies connected with the competition. TradeTools Pty Ltd will not accept any entries non-Australian residents or children aged 18 or under and parent or guardians must enter on their behalf. 3. This competition will run from 01/08/2016 until 04/09/2016. Any submissions after this date will be exempt and will not qualify for entry. 4. The prize can be picked up from any of TradeTools Stores, the winner will have 30 days to collect the prize or it will be revoked and redrawn. Freight can be arranged at the winners cost. The prize is neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash and not exchangeable. 5. The prize must be claimed in its entirety as stated and not differed. 6. If the Prize is a voucher with a dollar value, the voucher must be used in its entirety and no cash or change can be given if the prize amount is not redeemed. 7. The winner will be notified via email, mobile or telephone. 8. The winner of the prize will be notified on 16/09/16 of the competition ending and the winner will have 7 days to respond to initial contact or the prize will be revoked and redrawn. 9. In the event that the prize is not claimed or revoked, TradeTools Pty Ltd reserve the right to revoke and give the prize to a runner up, or offer the prize in a future promotion. 10. If the winner does not collect the prize within 3 months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit. 11. If the Prize involves a third party, the winner is bound by the third party's terms and conditions. 12. The winner agrees to the promoter's use of their name, town of residence and photograph in relation to the promoter's publicity material. 13. Each person qualifies for a maximum of 3 entries into the final draw, regardless of how many gift cards they have purchased. 14. All prizes mentioned in this competition will be provided in the form of a Red Balloon Gift Voucher for the full amount of the experience mentioned. 15. Which experience is chosen by TradeTools to be provided to the winner as a Red Balloon Gift Voucher amount is at the discretion of TradeTools and may not be negotiated. 15.
