2. The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on 15 August 2016 and closes at 16.00pm AEST on 4 September 2016 (Promotion Period)
3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the NutriBullet AUS Facebook Page at
https://www.facebook.com/NutriBulletAUS, then accurately complete an online entry form, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry)
5. Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
6. On the Thank You Page of the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw. Entrants can receive up to a maximum of 6 entries – one for sharing the competition on Facebook and up to five by referring five friends via email. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends via email to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form. The Promoter will not use the information received in the record of referral for any ongoing marketing communications. The Promoter will only use this information the one time in conjunction with the contest. Referred records will not be entered into the Promoter’s database.
7. By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Promoter’s email database.

11. Each of the Daily Prize Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Daily Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the NutriBullet AUS Facebook Page (

If any of the Daily Prizes are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date (20/12/16), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 21 December 2016 at the same time and location as the Daily Prize Draws, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). 13. By entering this Promotion and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content.
14. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
