Below are the terms and conditions that apply to the Priceline Protects Travel Insurance “Choose Your Own Adventure” Competition 2016 (“Competition”).
Eligibility
1. The Promoters are Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310 Authorised Representative No. 396315, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124, and ACE Insurance Limited, A Chubb Company ABN 23 001 642 020 AFSL 239687 located at 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 (“the Promoters”).
2. The Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 and under the age of 69 or 74 depending on the new travel insurance policy plan purchased. For more information on age restrictions please refer to page 9, item 5 Eligibility Criteria in the PRICELINE PROTECTS TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY WORDINGS AND PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS.
3. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoters (and their immediate families) or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition.
Duration
4. This Competition shall commence at 12:01am (AEST) on 4 August 2016 and end at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 30 September
2016 (“Competition Period”).
5. The judging will take place at the offices of ACE Insurance Limited, 28 O’Connell St, Sydney NSW 2000 on 7 October
2016 at 11:00am.
6. The winning entry will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
7. The Competition winner will be announced on 10 October 2016 at 12:00pm (AEDST) at the ACE Insurance Limited office, 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
8. The Competition winner will be notified by phone and e-mail immediately after a winner has been selected.
9. If the prize is not claimed by 2pm AEST on 14 October 2016, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the
Promoters’ reserve the right to conduct further judging at 9am on 17 October 2016 at the same location as the
original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
10. The Promoters shall not be held liable in the event that the winner of the Prize cannot be contacted for whatever
reason.
11. The winner of this Competition may be included in Priceline Protects publicity material.
How to Participate
12. Participants must purchase a new Priceline Protects travel insurance policy from pricelineprotects.com.au and tell us in 25 words or less, on the declaration page of the online process, “where you would go on a holiday with Luxury Escapes and what you would take from Priceline Pharmacy?” The competition entry form will appear once the customer has entered their personal details.
13. Participants may enter the Competition once with each new purchase of a Priceline Protects travel insurance policy.
14. For each entry to be valid, participants are required to enter their personal details. It is each participant's
responsibility to ensure that all personal data including his or her contact details provided are valid and correct.
15. This is a game of skill and entries will be judged by the Promoters based on creativity and the winner will be chosen at
the Promoters absolute discretion. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
Prize
16. The best valid entry as determined by the judges will win 1 x $4,000 Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher.
17. The prize is not transferable and the non-cash prize cannot be converted into cash or any other form.

Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions or in the terms and conditions of the specific holiday & travel deal, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner (and their companion) including but not limited to meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, visas, current passport, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.

26. The Promoters collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Competition. winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
Others
1. The total prize value of the Competition is approximately AUD $4,000.00
2. All decisions made with regard to this Competition including any result, dispute or prize are final and no correspondence thereon shall be entertained.
3. If any term and/or condition contained herein are held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the rest of the terms and conditions herein and shall be construed so as to give effect to the Promoters intention.
4. Each Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this Competition in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Competition is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
5. The Promoters or any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of this website (through which the Competition must be entered) shall not be liable or responsible whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising out of any Participants’ access to, use, inability to use, change in content of or the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
6. By participating in this Competition, all participants are fully aware and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by New South Wales (NSW) law and the participants in the Competition irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
