2. The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST (13:00pm NZST) on 16 August 2016 and closes at 15.30pm AEST (17:30pm NZST) on 4 September 2016 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to any Australian or New Zealand resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the BBQ Firebox Facebook Page at
https://www.facebook.com/bbqFirebox, then accurately complete an online entry form, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
5. Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoters are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
6. On the Thank You Page of the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw. Entrants can receive up to a maximum of 6 entries – one for sharing the competition on Facebook and up to five by referring five friends via email. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends via email to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form. The Promoters will not use the information received in the record of referral for any ongoing marketing communications. The Promoters will only use this information the one time in conjunction with the contest. Referred records will not be entered into the Promoter’s database.

11. Each of the Daily Prize Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Daily Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the BBQ Firebox Facebook Page at (
