Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all the conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the conditions of this Promotion.
How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase any Dare Iced Coffee, Farmers Union Iced Coffee, Feel Good, Dairy Farmers Classic, Pura Classic, Big M, Masters or Moove milk based beverage product or Daily Juice branded beverage (“Eligible Product”*) from any store within Australia which stocks one or more Eligible Product/s (“Participating Outlets”) during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”); and then
(b) visit the website
www.CashKick.com.au and fully complete and submit the online entry form by providing their first name, surname, address, telephone number, year of birth, valid email address, the last four (4) digits of the barcode number printed on the Eligible Product purchased, and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
Entrants must retain their original barcode from the Eligible Product purchased in their Qualifying Purchase and their original purchase receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) which corresponds to each entry they submit in the Promotion. Incorrect barcode numbers will not be accepted. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
*Not all products in the Eligible Product range are available in each State/Territory:
• Dare Iced Coffee products not available in NT
• Feel Good only available in SA
• Dairy Farmers Classic only available in NSW and QLD
• Pura Classic only available in SA, TAS and NT
• Big M only available in VIC
• Masters only available in WA
• Moove only available in NSW and ACT
Number of entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase; and
b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
There is a limit of one (1) prize permitted per person except in South Australia. Once an entrant (other than an entrant residing in South Australia) wins one (1) prize, that entrant will no longer be eligible for any further prizes in the Promotion.

Unclaimed prizes:
Prize must be claimed by 23/01/2017 at 5pm AEDT. Unclaimed prize/s will be redrawn on 24/01/2017 at 1:00pm AEDT at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141. The winner/s of the redraw will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the redraw in writing and via phone. The winner/s of the redraw will be notified publicly (and their name and postcode published) at
www.CashKick.com.au on 31/01/2017. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period which were not a winning entry in any original Daily Draw will be eligible to win any unclaimed prize.
Terms and Conditions
1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
3. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of Participating Outlets, the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion or of the Promoter’s venues/outlets, retailers, distributors, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, guardian, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
4. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted up to 12:59pm (AEST) on 25/09/2016. If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian and where applicable to the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
5. Drawings:
i. The winners will be determined by draw. There will be one (1) draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 56 draws (“Daily Draws”). Entries for Daily Draw 1 will open at 12.01am AEST on 01/08/16 and close at 12.59pm AEST the same day. Entries for all subsequent Daily Draws will open at 1pm AEST and close the next day at 12.59pm AEST. Each Daily Draw will take place at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 at 1:00pm AEST on the same day entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 01/08/2016 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 25/09/16. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s).
ii. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
iii. The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win the prize specified in the Schedule table above.
iv. If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw may be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.
6. The original purchase receipt and Eligible Product barcode must be retained for each entry submitted by an entrant as proof of purchase. Entrants must provide the Proof of Purchase to the Promoter for all entries submitted if requested. In the event that the entrant is unable to produce the Proof of Purchase, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, deem their entry or entries invalid and forfeit the entrant's right to any prize.
7. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner or winner of a redraw.
8. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
9. Entrants are responsible for the costs associated with accessing the website via an internet service provider. There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion via the internet other than the cost to access the internet site via an internet service provider.
10. Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid.
11. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion:
a) appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these conditions; and
b) their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all entries they have submitted in the Promotion.

Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this Promotion.
12. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. Should an entrant consent to receiving future information from the Promoter, via placing a tick in the ‘opt in’ box featured on the online entry form, information provided by the entrant may be entered into a database and used by the Promoter, the Promoter's related entities and agencies engaged by the Promoter, for the Promoter's current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.
13. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at
https://www.lionco.com/legal/privacy-policy. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants’ personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.
14. Should an entrant's personal information change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter by using the ‘Contact Us’ form on
www.CashKick.com.au15. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. Entrants may request access to update or correct their personal information held by the Promoter and may request that they not receive further promotional or marketing communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter on 1800 677 852 or
consumers@lionco.com.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize. If a winner is under the age of 18, a nominated parent or legal guardian of the winner will be required to sign the legal release on the winner’s behalf.
17. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
18. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
19. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, subject to State or Territory regulation.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
23. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
25. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
26. The Promoter acts as agent for and on behalf of LD&D Milk Pty Limited, LD&D Foods Pty Limited, Berri Pty Limited, Butterfields Specialty Foods Pty Ltd, Dairy Farmers Pty Limited, Dairy Vale Foods Pty Ltd and QUD Pty Ltd in accordance with the agency arrangements detailed more specifically by calling the Promoter’s consumer enquiry centre. You expressly acknowledge the appointment of the Promoter by the companies listed above as agent of those companies. All acts by the Promoter in connection with this agreement are acts taken on behalf of the companies listed above as agent of those companies.
