Tickets are generated;
- One (1) ticket for every $30 accumulative spend at the Bar or Bottleshop or Sports
Shop or Bamboo Vicks Chinese Restaurant or Bumpa’s Bistro or Club Reception.
- New Members will receive one (1) “bonus” entry upon joining
- Existing members will receive two (2) “bonus” entries if they renew by Monday 12
December 2016 (plus tickets generated from dollars accrued, including membership costs)
All tickets will be issued at point of sale (when $30 spend has been reached or paying for
membership) & Member must place ticket into the ticket barrel
Members renewing via internet, phone, post will have tickets issued with new cards
If a Member is paying multiple memberships (example, family members) all tickets will
be issued to the member making payment

Key Draws will occur every Friday during the promotional period, One (1) Draw each

One (1) Key will be drawn at each Minor Prize Draw between the times indicated
(Fridays 6.30pm – 8.30pm and Sundays 1pm – 4pm)
Members must be present to claim prize. Prize Winners must present themselves to the
host within 4 minutes from time of draw
If any prize is not claimed a redraw will occur after 4 minutes. Prize must be won
Prize Winner will be notified on the Club PA system.
Major Prize Draw Entries close when the last “Lucky Key” has been drawn on Sunday 26
March 2017
Each “Lucky Key” will be numbered from one (1) to forty (40). The Minor Prize Draw
winner can select the number “Lucky Key” they desire from the numbers
available/remaining (which have not been already chosen by a previous Minor Draw
Winner). All “Lucky Keys” will be held in sealed envelopes in a safe until the day of the
Major Prize Draw.
Each holder of a “Lucky Key” will present themselves when called over the PA on
Sunday 26 March 2017 between 1pm and 4.30pm.
The first holder of a “Lucky Key” to open the competition lock will be declared the
winner.
If the holder of a “Lucky Key” fails to attend the Major Draw (or fails to present
themselves when called over the PA – by Name or Key Number) they shall forfeit their
chance to win the Major Prize
If no key opens the competition lock or if a winner cannot be determined the promoter
reserves the right to draw the winner by number generated machine (corresponding to the
number on the “Lucky Key”)
One (1) holder of a “Lucky Key” must win the major prize
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to collect the prize from Crescent Head Country
Club. The Harley Davidson is Rideaway; it is the Winner’s responsibility to have the
appropriate license to ride the Harley Davidson. The Major Prize is supplied by Port City
Harley Davidson; the condition of the prize is as is at the time it is collected by the
winner. Any defects, faults, warranties or other issues with the Major Prize are strictly
between the prize winner and Port City Harley Davidson (Port Macquarie). Crescent
Head Country Club accepts no liability or responsibility for the condition, performance or
warranties associated with the Major Prize.
Unfinancial, Suspended and Disqualified Members will be ineligible to enter or win
Staff of Crescent Head Country Club, Bamboo Vick’s Chinese Restaurant, Bumpa’s
Bistro, The Sports Shop and Port City Harley Davidson are ineligible to enter or win
Prize will be drawn at Crescent Head Country Club, 1 Rankine Street Crescent Head
Crescent Head Country Club is the Promoter
The decision of the promoter shall be final
