From today, receive a Lack of Colour hat when you spend $300 at participating fashion and beauty stores in one day. Simply present your receipts at the Summer Lives Here pop-up located under the chandelier on Level 2Terms and Conditions:1. The promotional period is from 9:00am Thursday 8 September to 4:00pm Sunday 2 October 2016 or until stocks last.[/b]
2. Customers are required to spend a minimum of $300.00 in one day at participating retailers throughout the promotion
period to be eligible to receive their gift. Refer to clause 16 for participating retailers.
3. To receive a gift, customers must present their receipts totalling $300.00 (multiple receipts allowed) and sign up as a VIP
database member at the ‘Summer Lives Here pop-up’ located on Level 2 underneath the chandelier.
4. Customers who sign up as a VIP member must complete all required fields on the competition entry form and agree to
join the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre VIP database.
5. A maximum of one redemption per person per day will be valid.
6. Receipts are only eligible if $300.00 total spend is made in any one day during the promotion period. Multiple receipts
can be used to accumulate spend in one day.
7. By providing valid receipts at the location outlined in clause 3, customers can receive one (1) x Lack of Color hat.
Customers can choose between three styles including, The Sunnydip (valued at $79.00), The Spencer Fedora (valued at
$59.00) or The Spencer Wide Brimmed Boater (valued at $69.00), while stocks last.
8. There are 2,960 Lack of Color hats in total, including 787 of The Sunnydip, 987 of The Spencer Fedora and 1,186 of The
Spencer Wide Brimmed Boater, to be redeemed from 9am Thursday 8 September, available while stocks last.
9. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is not responsible for any defects the products may have upon redemption and hold no
responsibility to provide an alternative product.

promotion are unable to participate.
13. Customerswhoredeemtheirgiftmust,atIndooroopillyShoppingCentre’srequest,participateinallpromotionalactivity
(such as publicity and photography) surrounding this promotion or the redeeming their gift, free of charge, and they consent to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and its related bodies corporate using their name and image in promotional material.
14. The information entrants provide will be used by Indooroopilly Shopping Centre for the purpose of conducting this competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The organisations may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging.
