These Terms & Conditions apply to the GetCredtiScore Giveaway prize draw promoted by GetCreditScore Pty Ltd ACN 169 886 891 of Level 15, 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (“GetCreditScore” or the “Promoter”) (the “Promotion” or “Prize Draw”).
We recommend that you read these Terms & Conditions in full. Information on how to enter the Promotion and information in relation to the prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion commences at 00.01 AEDT on Monday 5 September 2016 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on Sunday 2 October 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility and Entry
Entry to the Promotion is open to permanent Australian Residents who are aged 18 years or older (“Eligible Entrants”) and who meet one of the Entry Requirements. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Australian Resident” means a person who resides in Australia at the start of the Promotion Period and who holds Australian citizenship or holds an Australian permanent residency visa. Employees of GetCreditScore, SocietyOne Australia Pty Ltd, Veda Advantage Information Services and Solutions Pty Ltd and their related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001) or immediate families of employees of the aforementioned entities are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Promotion is open to Eligible Entrants who fulfil one or both of the following Entry Requirements:
Individual Entry
An Eligible Entrant requests their individual credit score by visiting the GetCreditScore website at
www.getcreditscoreandwin.com, completing the credit score application form by providing their personal details in the required fields and submitting the form by clicking on the ‘Get my score now’ box (“credit score application”).
When an Eligible Entrant, during the Promotion Period, first submits a credit score application they will receive one automatic entry in each Prize draw (“Individual Entry”). Subsequent credit score applications submitted by the same Eligible Entrant will not result in any additional Individual Entries.
‘Refer a Friend’ Entries
An Eligible Entrant who submits a credit score application during the Promotion Period will receive an email at the email address they provided to GetCreditScore, containing information about the Promotion, together with a designated web link, unique to the Eligible Entrant (“Unique Referral Link”).
The Eligible Entrant may forward or otherwise share the email and their Unique Referral Link with other persons for the purpose of referring them to the GetCreditScore website.
For each Referred Person who, during the Promotion Period, has not already submitted a credit score application and uses the Eligible Entrant’s Unique Referral Link to submit a credit score application (“Referred Person”), the Eligible Entrant will receive 5 automatic entries in each Prize draw (“Refer a Friend Entries”).
There is no limit on the number of persons with whom an Eligible Entrant may share their Unique Referral Link and there is no limit on the number of Refer a Friend Entries an Eligible Entrant can receive.
During the Promotion Period, GetCreditScore may at its discretion provide Unique Referral Links to individuals who have not submitted a credit score application during the Promotion Period.
Prizes
The following prizes shall be drawn, in the order specified (each, a “Prize”, distinguishing between a ‘Cash Prize’ and a ‘Car Prize’).
Where an Eligible Entrant has been allocated multiple entries and is drawn from a Prize draw more than once, that Eligible Entrant will not win more than one Cash Prize, however the winner of a Cash Prize is also eligible to be the winner of the Car Prize.
Each entry is valid for all Prize draws after the date the entry is received, subject to paragraph 7 above.

Prizes are non-transferrable and the Car Prize is not redeemable for cash or any form of credit.
The total allocated Prize pool is a maximum of $123,037.74 (“Prize Pool”).
Prize Draws
Prize draws will be conducted by Anisimoff Legal, an independent third party, located at Suite 5, 201 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 and will take place at 4:00pm (AEDT) on the dates set out in paragraph 9 above.
In the event that any Prize or Prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond GetCreditScore’s control, GetCreditScore may at its discretion substitute the Prize for an alternative prize, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Should the total number of entries in the Promotion be less than the total number of Prizes available, GetCreditScore will retain the balance of any unallocated Prize Pool.
All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any additional expenses involved are at the Prize winner’s expense.
Allocation of Prizes to winners is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize winners will be notified in writing via the contact details supplied by the Eligible Entrant to GetCreditScore when submitting a credit score application. Prize winners will be notified within 2 working days after the winners are drawn and all winners’ names will be published at getcreditscoreandwin.com and in The Australian newspaper on Monday 10 October 2016.
If necessary and at its complete discretion, GetCreditScore may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Prizes. All non-winning entries from the original draws will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw if needed will be conducted by Anisimoff Legal on 9 January 2017. The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing (via the contact details supplied by the Eligible Entrant to GetCreditScore when submitting a credit score application) within 2 working days of the draw and the winners’ names will be published at getcreditscoreandwin.com and in The Australian newspaper on 16 January 2017.
GetCreditScore reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the winner and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. GetCreditScore reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (a) is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion; or (b) GetCreditScore deems has acted in a way which is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.
Redemption
GetCreditScore shall contact each winner of the Cash Prizes, to ask for bank details to which the Prize should be transferred. Each such Prize shall be transferred using the bank account details provided by the applicable winner within 7 business days of the draw.
GetCreditScore will contact the winner of the Car Prize to advise them of the dealership from which the vehicle is to be collected. GetCreditScore will make reasonable efforts to ensure the dealership is within reasonable proximity of the winner’s home address. It will be the winner’s responsibility to personally take delivery of the vehicle from the dealership.
General
GetCreditScore assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry in the Promotion or for inaccurate information by any person or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then GetCreditScore may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the Promotion.
Where necessary and subject to the approval of the relevant lottery authorities, GetCreditScore reserves the right to modify and vary these Terms & Conditions or may withdraw the Promotion at any time. GetCreditScore may exclude from the Promotion any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who acts in a way which is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions. Any decision of GetCreditScore is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Information provided by Promotion entrants will be collected and used by GetCreditScore for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and for promotional purposes surrounding this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that GetCreditScore may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
