Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
Only open to "Eligible Entrants". An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident as at the time of entry and over the age of 21, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employee of Alpha Corporate Services Pty Ltd, ABN 69 610 458 627 (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter's competitions.
Competition opens at 00:01 hrs on 09/09/2016 and closes at 24:00 hrs on 30/10/2016 ("Promotional Period"). Competition will be drawn by random selection and announced via our website and social media on 31/10/2016. All times and dates are in Brisbane which will be eastern standard time ("AEST")
To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter online by undertaking the following steps during the Promotional Period:

Submit the fully completed entry form;
"Share" to your social media accounts to gain multiple entries (see: Clause 9)
Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Website is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are permitted, once and entrant has entered via the website or Facebook they can gain three (3) extra entries for every person they refer via Facebook enters the competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to block any Eligible Entrant from entering the Competition who attempts to enter invalid details through the Competition Website at any stage.
This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.
At the end of the Promotional Period a winner ("Winner") will be selected at random. The draw will take place at 11:00 on 31/10/2016 at 511 B Nudgee Rd, Hendra QLD 4011. The Winner will win the major prize of a trip for two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 13 to Tweed Heads valued at up to AU$4,000 depending on point of departure ("Prize"). The Prize includes:
Two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 12 return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city on the Eastern Seaboard;
Six (6) nights accommodation at Kingscliff Paradiso Resort;
Seven (7) days SUV (JCAR) car rental with standard excess.
Taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken outside of peak periods including public holidays and school holidays. Flight carrier is at the discretion of the Promoter and is subject to booking and flight availability.
The Winner (and his/her companions) are responsible for any further costs associated with redeeming the Prize which are not otherwise specified in these Conditions, including but not limited to, additional transfers including to and from the departure point, spending money, food and beverage expenses, additional entertainment and/or miscellaneous expenses. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Winner (or his/her companion) at the time of check-in to the accommodation and for car rental, for all incidental charges. Once the Prize is booked it is non-changeable. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations or cash. Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at the Promoter's discretion. The Prize must be taken by 31/10/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability, otherwise the Prize will be forfeited. The Winner and their guest must travel together. The Winner must finalise their prize booking within three (3) months of the draw date. The Winner is responsible for providing all documents and information requested by the Promoter to complete the booking (including documents and information in respect of their guests). Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the Winner. The Winner (and his/her companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the Prize. All components of the Prize must be taken together and cannot be separated. The relevant Winner and his/her companions must depart and return from the same point of departure. Travel Insurance is not included. The Promoter recommends that the travel insurance and additional car rental insurance be taken out, and accepts no responsibility for any person failing to do so. All additional costs incurred whereby a Winner (or his/her companions) wishes to make variations to the travel are the Winner's responsibility and must be booked separately by the Winner. All travel variations are subject to approval by the Promoter. Travel variations include, but are not limited to extension of travel duration, and additional travellers.
The Winner (and his/her companions) are responsible for ensuring that they have valid identification, and travel documentation. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter and service providers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any Winner (and/or his/her companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
General
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner or their guests as a result of the conduct of any third party suppliers, or otherwise as a result of the winner or their guests accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which cannot be excluded by law.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If a winner of a prize is subsequently found not to be an Eligible Entrant, or their entry is deemed invalid under these Conditions, the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected prize claims.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a prize winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media (including social media) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If required by the Promoter, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities associated with a prize such as public appearances, photo opportunities or media interviews as might be required by the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner (and their companions where relevant) must comply with all the conditions of use of the relevant prize and the relevant prize supplier's requirements.
As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner (and his/her companions where relevant) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (vi) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions; (vii) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (viii) use of a prize. Individuals should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
Caution: any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this competition or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in the event that any such attempt is made, whether or not that attempt results in any such damage, interference or undermining.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable, is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or that element of a prize of equal value at the Promoter's sole discretion.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies (including but not limited to Alpha Corporate Services Pty Ltd, ABN 69 610 458 627), agencies and prize suppliers and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or a prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Eligible Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winner(s). The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers. If an Eligible Entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
