Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are flybuys members and join the flybuys Steps to Savings program.
The Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion Period of the competition commences at 00.01am (AEST) on 14/09/2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 30/11/2016.
This is a game of skill. In order to determine the ranking of entries, eligible members will be ranked from highest to lowest firstly by the number of steps they have synced and recorded (excluding steps manually uploaded by the member) during the Promotion Period; and in the case of a tie, the member to achieve the hjghest amount of steps in the first week will be deemed the winner.
Winning entries will be determined on [insert date and time]. The winner of the Major Prize will be notified [within 7 days] in writing by email or letter sent to their nominated address and/or email address attached to their flybuys membership. Winners of minor prizes will be published online at [insert] and bonus flybuys points will be loaded onto their account within [insert time/days] of being determined.

Major Prize conditions:

The Major Prize Winner and their guests must travel together and share the same itinerary.
The Major Prize is non-transferable/non-exchangeable/non-replaceable/non-upgradeable/non-Changeable and subject to availability.
If the Major Prize Winner or any guest is unable to utilise the Major Prize, no cash alternative will be provided.
Booking must be made before 10 December 2016 or the Major Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the member with the next best ranked step count. We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The Major Prize Winner and their guests are responsible for all other expenses associated with redeeming the Major Prize (including but not limited to food, travel, flights, transfers, accommodation other than as provided for under these Terms). Travel insurance, passports, visas, spending money, and any other incidental costs and expenses shall be borne by and are the responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their guests.
Tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by flybuys travel, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once dispatched, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Hawaiian Airlines has advised there will be very limited availability during school holidays and peak periods i.e. 9Dec16-29Jan17, 23Mar-17Apr17, 1Jul-16Jul17, 23Sep-30Sep17 and travel within these dates may incur a surcharge payable by the Major Prize winner and their Guests.
Major Prize conditions:
Prize value includes GST where applicable. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for failing to sync their eligible activity tracker less than every 7 days during the Promotion Period, for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or for engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender will not be affected by the disqualification.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes. If any information requested by the Promoter is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
