Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences on 12/09/2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 27/11/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, purchase a specially marked Ice Break product (Eligible Purchase), locate the unique code printed under the cap of the Eligible Purchase product and:
(a) visit
www.icebreak.com.au/winatrip (Website) and follow the prompts; fully complete and submit the online entry form, including by providing the 8 digit unique code from their Eligible Purchase product, first name, last name, postcode, date of birth, email and any additional information as required by the Promoter to see if they have instantly won a prize.
Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner. All valid entries received from winners and non-winners of an instant prize will be automatically placed in the major prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Purchase; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is permitted.
Entrants must retain the cap containing the 8 digit unique code used to enter for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original cap for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine a 250 winning times during the Promotional Period (the “Winning Times”). The first valid entry that is received on or after each Winning Time will be deemed an instant winner.
Instant win prizes include: 250 x $50 EB Game Gift Cards. EB Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at any EB Games store across Australia and New Zealand and are not redeemable online. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming an EB Game Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of an EB Game Gift Card will not be awarded as cash or credit. Redemption of an EB Game Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the EB Game Gift Card.
The major draw will take place at 12pm AEDST at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141 on 06/12/2016.The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published on the Ice Break Facebook Page (www/facebook.com/icebreak) and on
www.icebreak.com.au/winatrip from 12/12/2016.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn in the major draw will win their choice of one (1) major prize from the following three (3) major prize options:
(a) LA Porsche Racing Prize
Prize includes a trip for three (3) adults to Los Angeles, USA for a Porsche Race Car Driving Experience and the Long Beach Car Race valued at up to AU$38,628 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
Three (3) x return economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Los Angeles;
Five (5) nights minimum 4 star twin share accommodation in two (2) twin rooms staying in LA West Hollywood;
Car transfer to and from events;
An LA Porsche Racing car experience for three (3) adults, which includes one (1) day of professional racing driver coaching and driving in a race prepared Porsche 911 Cup Car at Buttonwillow Raceway. Participants will be required to sign the indemnity form supplied on the day. Only individuals with a valid Australian drivers license who are under 150kg, and/or 6 foot 5 inches in height may participate in this element of the prize; and

(b) Extreme Dune Buggy Racing In Dubai
Prize includes a trip for three (3) adults to Dubai for an Extreme Dune Buggy experience valued at up to AU$34,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
Three (3) x return economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Dubai;
Six (6) nights minimum 5 star twin share accommodation in two (2) Club rooms staying at Atlantas the Palms (including breakfast daily);
A full day tour dune bashing buggies or by 4WD for three (3) adults;
A driving experience for three (3) adults with a professional instructor;
A desert dinner for three (3) adults (on a set menu);
A skydiving experience for three (3) adults; and
AUD $2,000 spending money (for the winner only).
Prize must be taken by December 2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
(c) Monaco Extravaganza
Prize includes a trip for three (3) adults to Monaco valued at up to AU$34,000 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
Three (3) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Nice;
Five (5) nights minimum 4star twin share accommodation in two (2) twin rooms staying in Nice Riviera, including daily breakfast;
VIP Experience for 3 to Monaco;
Return helicopter transfers from accommodation to Monaco track; and
$1,500 spending money.
Prize must be taken to coincide with the Monaco Race event in May 2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
The winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel to Monaco or LA is valid for set dates (to correspond with events in Monaco and LA). Dubai trip is valid until 30 December 2017. Dubai trip block out periods include Australian school and public holidays along with all other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2- Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. Winner and companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is
confirmed and ticketed. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. The winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
The winner and his/her companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
If for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
The winner of any driving experience prize (“Activity”) and his/her companions acknowledge that the Activity is a dangerous activity that may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winner and his/her companions must: (a) attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, required medical tests and other requirements of the Promoter and Activity organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Activity; (c) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (d) comply with all directions of the Promoter and Activity organisers at all times; and (e) wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and Activity organisers, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner or his/her companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that the winner or his/her companion poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. Prize must be taken to coincide with the other components of the prize and is subject to booking availability. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
