This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each entry will
be individually judged based on creative merit. Judges decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.

At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by
producing such photo identification as may be
directed by the Promoter

The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
All
prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties
in connection with any prize to the extent pe

As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner, and any other person(s) sharing the prize with
the winner, may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the
Promoter including but not limited to a further
agreement to exclude liability of the Promoter
for certain loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in a prize to the extent
the prize is or includes a recreational service or activity.

Any prizes that have not been claimed by the

will be awarded to
the next best eligible entry as determined by the judges. From the day of notification the
alternative

All entries become the property of the Promoter. As detailed in the privacy statement which
accompanies these terms and conditions, all entries will be entered in to a database and the

By entering into the promotion you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and

The Promoter may cancel the promotion and not award the p
rize(s) where circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).
Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:

Travel must be completed by 31st October 2017. The winner’s preferred dates for travel
may be subject to availability at the time of booking.

If the major prize winners are located outside of Perth, all travel to and from this location
will be at the winners own expense.
