Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 21 years or older.
Entrants must be able to attend Stav, Abby & Osher’s Penthouse Party event from 6am to 9am AEST on Friday 21 October 2016 (location TBC) (“the Event”), and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from the Event.
Entrants must be able to travel to Los Angeles, USA from Brisbane, Australia, arriving on 19 November 2016 and departing on 22 November 2016.
Entrants must have a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity from 22 November 2016.
Relevant State(s)
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland.
Maximum Entries
Entrants can enter as many times as they like, however once an entrant has been put on the standby list, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to hit105 to for the name of the nominated song and when to listen out for it on that Contesting Day.
2. When they hear the nominated song, telephone the station competition line and be randomly selected by the Promoter to be on the “standby list” and receive one (1) entry into the Finalists draw.
At the end of the Contesting Period the Promoter will hold a draw from all valid entrants who have been placed on the standby list in order to determine up to five (5) Finalists.
All Finalists must attend the Event in order to receive an entry into the Major Prize draw.
At the Event, the Promoter will hold a draw from all valid Finalists in order to determine one (1) Major Prize winner.

Travel must take place on the dates specified by the Promoter.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize Provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
