1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the Greater Geelong, Werribee, Bellarine and Surf Coast and Greater Melbourne
regions only, and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
3. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this
promotion are excluded from entry.
4. The Promotion commences at 6am AEST on Monday 19
th September 2016 and closes at 5pm AEST Friday
7th October 2016 (‘Promotion Period’)
The Prize:
- Prize Poole is $10,000 AUD
Prize Terms:
- The prize can be collected in the form of a cheque from Level 3, 83 Moorabool St, Geelong VIC
3220.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The prize cannot be allocated to other persons.

The Competition:
- During the Promotion Period, SIX times across the day K rock announcers will play ‘Greedy Greedy
Pig’ at this time they will announce a registered entrant and their mate.
- To enter all competitors have to do is listen out for the cue to call and phone 03 5223 2955, and the
first caller through will be given the chance to play for that allocated competition spot.
- Upon calling through the competitor will be asked to nominate the amount of cash they wish to play
for.
- As per the ‘Prize Terms’ their nominated amount of cash will determine how much of the song they
will hear.
- Once the song duration specific to the nominated amount of cash is aired, the competitor will have
10 seconds to guess the name of the song.
- If they do not guess within the 10 second time frame, they will be deemed unsuccessful.
- Competitors will be deemed a ‘winner’ if they answer the name of the song and artist correctly within
the 10 second time frame.
- All entrants deemed a ‘winner’ will instantly win the nominated amount of cash.
- Competitors are permitted to enter once per day (24 hour period)
- All successful ‘winners’ are only permitted to play once during the promotion period.
- All unsuccessful competitors will be able to play again after 24 hours.
5. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

7. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

12. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity and
proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is
at the discretion of the promoter.
13. The use of false name, address or date of birth i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known will
disqualify them from receiving the prize.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their
personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or
expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i)
any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii)
any liability for personal injury or death.
15. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a minor or major prize
should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following periods:
A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters Competition was
first announced (Monday 29th August 2016) has won a prize in a Grant Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $100;
A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters Competition was
first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition conducted earlier in time the
value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Geelong Broadcasters Competition was
first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition conducted earlier in time the
value of which is greater than or equal to $10,000;
These people will be notified should the attempt to enter the competition.
16. If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of the
rules and the prize will not be awarded.
17. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) has the right to ban competition winners from entering other K Rock
(Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general prize
giveaways for a period of 12 months. The winner will be advised of this in writing after the entrant has been
disqualified.
18. K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty Ltd) reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
19. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, K rock (Geelong Broadcasters Pty
Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
