How to enter the Second Chance Draw
Simply swipe your Membership card at the Rewards Terminal between 4pm – 7.45pm on Sunday 27 November and place your entry ticket in the ‘Second Chance’ barrel. The Second Chance Draw will only be activated if all prizes have not been claimed by 8.00pm. If activated a winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 8.04pm until all remaining prizes are claimed.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Campbelltown Catholic Club (CCC) Employees, Directors and their respective spouses are ineligible to enter.
2. You must be a financial Member to participate. Suspended and Banned Persons are not eligible to participate. If a prize winner is found to be un-financial, Suspended or banned the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
3. Every $10 spent at a participating outlet, from 10am Monday 26 September 2016 – 6pm Sunday 27 November 2016, earns an entry in the draw. Simply present your membership card at the time of purchase and your entry tickets will be automatically printed to a secure barrel located in the Campbelltown Catholic Club foyer.
4. Participating outlets include: Campbelltown Catholic Club - Ground floor bars, Samba Café & Grill, Embers Charcoal Kitchen, Kyūbi Modern Asian Dining and Kings Food Court. Campbelltown Golf Club – Bars & Fairview Café and Bistro & Aquafit - Café Blue.
5. Weekly draws will take place at 7pm on Sunday 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 October and 6, 13, 20 November - Winner’s announcement will be broadcast simultaneously at Campbelltown Catholic Club (CCC) and Campbelltown Golf Club (CGC).
6. Winners will have 4 minutes to present themselves to the promotions host and must be present to win.
7. Weekly prize drawn every Sunday from 2 October till 20 November - $1,000 Cash. Unclaimed prizes will accumulate to the following weeks draw.

9. The Major Prize is a package and is subject to the following Cruise Express terms and conditions The Major Prize must be taken on the dates, flights and cruise detailed in the inclusions and cannot be varied.
The Major Prize cannot be converted or redeemed for cash.
The Prize winner may at their discretion transfer the prize to friends or a family member. If this occurs a signed letter from the prize winner will be required, copy to Campbelltown Catholic Club and Cruise Express agreeing to the transfer

The Prize winner will be provided with a ‘winner’ letter and can claim the prize by calling Cruise Express on 1300 766 537 and speaking with the nominated travel specialist.
The Prize Winner will require a valid passport for travel and should check for Visa requirements if not travelling on an Australian passport.
10. On Major Draw night (Sunday 27 November 2016) if all prizes have not been claimed by 8pm we will revert to our second chance barrel where we will continue to draw until all prizes are claimed.
11. To enter the second chance barrel simply swipe your membership card at the rewards terminal between 4pm – 7.45pm on the draw day and place your entry in the barrel located in the Club Lounge. Entries close at 8.00pm sharp. The CGC barrel will close at 7.45pm. The CCC barrel will close at 8.00pm. Maximum of 1 entry per member. The Second Chance Draw will only be activated if all prizes have not been claimed by 8pm. If activated a winner will be drawn every 4 minutes from 8.04pm until all remaining prizes are claimed.
12. The barrel will be cleared after each weekly draw. All tickets go back in the barrel for the Major Draw on Sunday 27 November.
13. Draws will be announced over the PA system in the Campbelltown Catholic Club lounge, gaming room and Kings Food Court area. Campbelltown Golf Club lounge PA announcements will be made through the Lounge and gaming areas. DRAW ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL NOT BE BROADCAST IN OTHER AREAS such as Private Function Rooms. It is the Members responsibility to ensure they are in an area where the draw can be heard.
14. Winners consent to the publication of their name and/or photograph in any form of advertising Campbelltown Catholic Club sees fit.
15. By participating in the promotion participants consent to the conditions of entry.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of CCC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, CCC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. CCC also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who CCC has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. CCC legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
17. Club management’s decision in all matters relating to these rules and this promotion shall be final and conclusive and no dispute or correspondence will be entered into.
