Entrants and their companion must be at least 15 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize between 28th October, 2016 and 11th November, 2016.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants and their companion must be able to attend Delta Goodrem’s ‘Wings of the Wild’ tour on one of the following dates in the entrant’s closest capital city (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth (Event) on the following dates:
Sydney, 28th October 2016; or
Melbourne, 3rd November, 2016; or
Adelaide, 5th November 2016; or
Perth, 8th November 2016; or
Brisbane, 11th November 2016.

Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 10:00am AEDT and 10:00pm AEDT on each day of the promotion and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian, where the entrant is under 18 years of age) must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s premises in the state of the entrant’s ordinary residential address, as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 7th October, 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 2:00pm AEDT on Friday 14th October, 2016.
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “why do you want to see Delta Goodrem in her ‘Wings of the Wild’ tour?
Each valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each week day during the Promotion Period between 10:00am AEST and 10:00pm AEDT the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ Online Entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 2:00pm AEDT that week day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone and place them on the standby list for the week day, and
c) invite the Selected Entrant who submitted the best Online Entry (based on the Judging Criteria) to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge between 12:00pm AEDT and 10:00pm AEDT (Challenger).
On Air Challenge
a) For each On Air Challenge, the Promoter will have one (1) predetermined song, (Song) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and play the tune of the Song on piano to the Challenger (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
b) The Challenger will be asked to correctly identify the Song title (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
c) The Challenger must state the correct Song title (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
d) If the Challenger does not provide the correct title of the Song (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) that Challenger will not be awarded a Prize and the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will invite the Selected Entrant who submitted the next ‘best’ Online Entry that day to appear on air to participate in the On Air Challenge as a Challenger. The Promoter will continue this process until a Challenger provides the correct title of the Song (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
e) For the avoidance of doubt all decisions in relation to the On Air Challenges are in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to participate in the On-Air Challenge as a Challenger. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to participate in the On-Air Game as a Challenger.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant or Challenger (as applicable) and they may not be invited to participate in the On-Air Challenge and be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants or Challengers (as applicable) must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by 10:00pm AEDT on Friday 14th October, 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to determine five (5) Prize winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on enthusiasm and creativity of the entrant’s Online Entry.

Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.

Winners will be notified: - via telephone;
- on air at the time of winning;
- on the Station Website, by Friday 14th October, 2016.
Prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm AEDT on 28th October, 2016.
The prizes will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter’s premises (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age). The Promoter will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
