A ‘tagged’ person will be randomly chosen as the winner and the person who tagged them during the random selection will win their choice of one of the secondary prizes.
It is a requirement of entry that any prize winners must ‘like’ and ‘follow’ Aarons Outdoor Living on Facebook, including the ‘tagged’ friend/s.
There is one prize of an on-ground, unstained Aarons Villa Cubby House valued at $1995 (for the ‘tagged friend’) and one prize of a 14ft JumpSport SoftBounce trampoline, valued at $545 OR a red, unstained Aarons Monkey Bar Kit, valued at $695 (for the ‘tagger’). The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of these prizes.
Entry to the competition is free.
You must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian resident. Participation in this competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
The competition period begins at 7am EST on 19/10/2016.
Entries into the competition close at 12pm EST on 4/12/2016. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
Employees of the promoter, sponsors or any person associated with the prize are ineligible to enter.
Entry via fake Facebook profile will result in disqualification and you may be asked for proof of identification to verify this.
The judging will commence on Monday December 5th 2016 and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date by Facebook private message. If no response is received within 7 days the competition will be rejudged and another winner identified. No responsibility will be accepted for messages not responded to. The winner will have their full name and state they reside in published on the Aarons Outdoor Living Competitions Page at
http://www.aaronsoutdoor.com.au/competitions/. It may also be displayed on Facebook.
The prize will be provided to the winner by Aarons Outdoor Living. The prize includes delivery to an Aarons store in a capital city, ready for pick up by the winner. A prize winner outside ofthese locations may incur delivery charges from a capital city to their home. Delivery to a capital city will be arranged within days of the winner claiming their prize.
The prize winner/s can choose to ‘upgrade’ their prize, or arrange delivery and/or installation of their prize at their cost. Upgrade options will be advised once winner has accepted prize.
Aarons Outdoor Living reserve the right to use the winners name, image, text or voice for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
Aarons Outdoor Living’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
