(a) By entering this competition entrants accept these terms and conditions.
(b) Entry to this competition is open Australian residents aged 13 or older. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to enter.
(c) Employees of the promoter and the promoter’s supplier and agencies associated with the competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
(d) Entry into and participation in this competition is free.
2. Entry period
Entries open at 12:01am AEDT on 19 October 2016 and close at 7:59pm AEDT on 17 November 2016 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry requirements
(a) To enter, entrants must do the following:
(i) Purchase any two or more Golden Circle products in a single transaction during the Promotion Period at a participating retail outlet in Australia (Qualifying Purchase). Entrants must retain proof of purchase (eg tax receipt) for each Qualifying Purchase.
(ii) Send an SMS with their name, postcode and email address to 1998 2222 during the Promotion Period.
(b) Limit 1 entry per Qualifying Purchase.
(c) Entrant may submit a maximum of 5 entries per day.
(d) Each entry SMS costs a maximum of 55 cents (including GST).
(e) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
(f) The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
4. Prize draws(a) There will be one prize draw at 9:00am and each hour thereafter until 8:00pm each day during the Promotion Period (Hourly Draws).
(b) The entries for each Hourly Draw will be the entries received in the preceding hour, except for the 9.00am Hourly Draw where the entries will include entries received after 7:59pm the previous day. Entries for each Hourly Draw close 1 minute before that Hourly Draw.
(c) Each Hourly Draw will be conducted by random electronic draw at 117 Wellington Street St Kilda 3182.
(d) The first valid entry drawn at each Hourly Draw will win a prize.
(e) The unsuccessful entries in each Hourly Draw will be deemed ineligible for entry into subsequent Hourly Draws.
5. Notification of winners
(a) Winners will be notified by SMS message within 24 hours of each Hourly Draw.
(b) To receive their prize, winners must email a photo of their proof of purchase (eg receipt) clearly showing the date of purchase, store name and 2 x Golden Circle products to
winners@oxygenmarketing.com.au to have their win verified in 24hrs. The promoter will send up to 2 reminder SMS messages if proof of purchase is not promptly provided by winners.
(c) The promoter may at its discretion require winners to provide proof of purchase for all entries submitted by the winner in the competition, to verify that the winner has complied with these terms and conditions. Winners who do not provide required proof of purchase may be deemed ineligible at the promoter’s discretion.
(d) Winners will be announced weekly on
www.sunhour.com.au/winners. Winners from South Australia will have their names published in the Adelaide Advertiser within 30 days of the relevant Hourly Draw.
6. Prizes
(a) Each prize consists of one Scott Watu brand helmet valued at $49.99 and one Malvern Star bicycle which the winner may select from any of the following options:

b) Each verified winner be notified by SMS message with details of how to claim their prize, including their unique prize code and a link to the prize claim website.
(c) Each winner’s choice of prize will be final and the value of the prize will be determined accordingly. Winners will not be provided any compensation if the monetary value of their chosen prize is less than the monetary value of any other choice of prize.
(d) There are 360 prizes to be won.
(e) Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize value is in Australia dollars, based on recommended retail prices, include GST and are correct at time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from gaming authorities.
7. Delivery of prizes
Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of being determined.
8. Total prize value
Total prize value is up to $143,978.40
9. Unclaimed prize draw
If a prize is not claimed within 3 months after the Promotion Period, or if there are no entries received for any Hourly Draw, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries received during the Promotion Period at 12.00pm AEDT on 15 February 2017 at 117 Wellington Street St Kilda 3182, subject to any directions of gaming authorities. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email by 20 February 2017.
