3. Acceptance of the My Dan Murphy's program membership terms and conditions and participation in the My Dan Murphy's competitions constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any Competition Details.
4. Entry is open to validly registered My Dan Murphy's members who are over the age of 18 and are residents of Australia ("Eligible Entrant").
5. Employees and their immediate families living in the same household as the employee of Woolworths Limited and its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies involved in this competition are ineligible to enter.

19. This Promotion (the "Promotion") starts 07:00am AEDT Tuesday 1st November 2016 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday 30th November 2016.
20. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must make a Qualifying Purchase either at a Dan Murphy's store or online at
www.danmurphys.com.au and present their My Dan Murphy's membership card or enter their My Dan Murphy's membership number at the time of purchase during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Purchase").
21. Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry per calendar day irrespective of all the Eligible Purchases made on that day.
22. Eligible Entrants may also receive bonus entries into the Promotion. To receive bonus entries, an Eligible Entrant must purchase selected products from the Vodka Cruiser range: Vodka Cruiser Varieties 275mL Bottles (4pk and 24 case), Vodka Cruiser Sugar Free Varieties 275mL Bottles (4pk and 24 case), Vodka Cruiser Mixed 275mL Bottles 10 pack, Vodka Cruiser Mudshake Varieties 270mL Bottles (4pk and 24 case), and Vodka Cruiser Celebrate 275mL Bottles 6 pack ("Product Purchase") either at a Dan Murphy's store or online at
www.danmurphys.com.au and present their My Dan Murphy's membership card or enter their My Dan Murphy's membership number at the time of purchase during the Promotional Period. The Eligible Entrant will only receive bonus entries if the Product Purchase is the first purchase they make on the day. Eligible Entrants will receive a maximum of five (5) bonus entries per calendar day if the Product Purchase is the first purchase they make on that day.
23. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant makes a Qualifying Purchase as the first transaction of the day and subsequently makes a Product Purchase in the same day, the Eligible Entrant will only receive 1 entry into the competition. If an Eligible Entrant makes a Product Purchase as the first transaction on the day, the Eligible Entrant will receive 6 entries into the competition, being 1 standard entry and 5 bonus entries.

25. Total Prize Pool valued at up to $43,000.00 AUD (inc. GST)
26. Prizes are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.
27. All components of the prize must be taken together and when offered. Any element of the prize not taken at the time offered will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. Prize cannot be sold and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize is non-refundable or transferable
28. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
29. Travel is valid from 4th May 2017 to 8th May 2017 only. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free 2 Travel Holiday's or their agents.
30. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free 2 Travel Holiday's and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
31. The winner's companions must be over the age of 18. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner's travel companions (if any) to produce within the requested time appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, in its sole discretion) in order to confirm the travel companion's identity and age before issuing a prize.
32. If the winner or their companions are under the age of 21, they will be restricted from consuming any alcohol during the trip. Should the winner and/or their companion/s be under the age of 21, part of the prize will be substituted for another offering of equal or greater value.
33. The Promoter is not responsible for cancellation, delays or changes to flights or any part of the prize or for the inability of a prize winner to take up any part of the prize due to problems with flights, travel or other factor outside the Promoter's control.
34. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that a prize item is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original prize(s), subject to regulatory approval.
35. The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The winner (and their companions) is responsible for all other expenses including spending money over what is stated, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
36. The winner and their travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to the airport in their nearest capital city for flight departure.
37. To the full extent permitted by the law neither the Promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damages, expenses or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property arising from or in connection with this offer.
38. It is the traveller's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
39. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
40. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
41. The prize draw will take place at Red Jelly, 34-36 Elizabeth Street, Hobart TAS 7000 on 12pm (noon) AEDT on Friday 9th December 2016.
42. The first (1) valid entry randomly drawn will be the winners of the prize. The prize winners will be contacted in writing (by email) and the winners' details will be published online at
www.danmurphys.com.au and each winner's first name, surname and State of residence in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper by Friday 16th December 2016. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
43. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the competition, the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
44. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim or redeem the prize, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. The Promoter, after allowing reasonable and fair time and having pursued all reasonable endeavours, may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as may be necessary to distribute the prize in the draw which is unclaimed subject to any written direction given under state regulations.
45. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12pm (noon) AEDT on Friday 10th March 2017 at Red Jelly, 34 – 36 Elizabeth Street, Hobart, 7000. In the case of an unclaimed prize draw the winner will be notified by phone, in writing, on
www.danmurphys.com.au and published in The Australian by Friday 17 March 2017.
46. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the competition and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
47. The Promoter reserves the right to request the entrant to produce within the requested time appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, in its sole discretion) in order to confirm the entrant's identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the entrant in entering the competition, before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction then all the entries of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
48. If the Promoter forms the view in its sole discretion that an entry or the entry process for any entrant has been tampered with or otherwise does not comply with these rules or the My Dan Murphy's program terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify that entry.
49. If for any reason the Promoter determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any agent or event beyond the control of the Promoter, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition or which may change the intended result or prevent or hinder its determination, the Promoter, at its discretion and subject to relevant state and territory regulations, may cancel the competition at any time and recommence it on similar terms and conditions when and as determined by the Promoter.
50. All entries become the property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. All winning entries will be entered into a database in accordance with Woolworths Limited and Dan Murphy's privacy policies which can be viewed at

51. If you enter this competition, the Promoter will collect personal information about you so that you can participate in the competition and the Promoter can administer the competition. The Promoter may use any Personal Information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the competition for the purpose of running the competition and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the competition. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related bodies corporate and organisations to which the Promoter outsources functions, and organisations associated with this competition.
52. If you are a winner, the Promoter will disclose your first initial, surname and suburb or city of residence and State of residence to the media, who will publish these details. If you do not provide your personal information, you cannot participate in the competition. 53. As a condition of entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using their (and their guest(s)' if applicable) name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, they will participate in all reasonable promotional activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
54. You agree that we may use the facilities of a third party with whom you have separately contracted, for example, a third party's social media platform, to communicate or administer a member-only competition involving you. When we do this, you agree that any promotions terms required by that third party apply in addition to these terms and conditions, including that you completely release the third party from all claims relating to the promotion and that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the third party.
55. If you have opted-in to marketing communications as part of the membership of the My Dan Murphy's program, the Promoter may use the entrant's name and email address for future marketing communications. If an entrant no longer consents to their details being used for future marketing communications, the entrant should contact the Promoter at the address below or by email at
privacy@woolworths.com.au. If the entrant no longer wishes to receive marketing emails, the entrant may make use of the 'Unsubscribe' feature included in all marketing emails at any time.
