How to Enter:To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete either of the following entry mechanics during the Promotional Period:

By entering the Promotion via SMS, an entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal details for the purposes of sending one (1) mobile terminated (MT) reply message which includes a confirmation of their entry in the Promotion.
Entries permitted:Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above. The entrant is eligible to win one (1) prize (excluding SA residents). By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Winner Determination:The Today Show will advertise a unique code word - 1 x per day between Monday 14th November to Friday 18th November 2016 between 05.30am AEDT and 09.00am AEDT (Friday will be promoted by 06.55am AEDT).
The draw will take place on 18/11/16 at 07:15 am AEDT at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, 116 Miller Street, NORTH SYDNEY NSW 2000. Twenty (20) entrants will be drawn in total.
The first (1st) drawn entrant will be called on 18/11/16 (between approximately 8am and 9am AEDT) for their chance to win. In the event that the first (1st) call in this period is not valid winner, then the Promoter will call the remaining nineteen (19) entrants in the order they were drawn and recorded until one (1) valid winner results.
The one (1) valid winner will have the opportunity to play the game for the chance to win a maximum of $1,000,000.
The game will involve a nominated host of The Today Show spinning the wheel on 18/11/16 whilst on the phone call to the valid winner. For the removal of doubt, the nominated host will spin the wheel four times successively and then let the wheel continue to spin until it stops. The valid winner will win the cash amount indicated on the sector of the spinning wheel that the ticker lands on, subject to verification by any judges. The spinning wheel will be divided into 20 sectors: 1 sector - $1,000,000; 1 sector - $100,000; 1 sector - $50,000; 1 sector - $25,000; 16 sectors - $10,000.
To be a Valid Winner:To be a valid winner, the drawn entrant (Entrant) must meet the following requirements:
•The Entrant called must answer this call within three (3) full rings;
•Upon answering the call, the Entrant must state “I Wake up with Today” (or alternative phrase as deemed suitable by the Promoter in its absolute discretion);
•If a representative of the Entrant answers the fixed line telephone and/or mobile telephone number from which the entry was originally received, and fulfills the criteria by answering with “I Wake up with Today” that representative also has a right to win on behalf of, and subject to the agreement of, the Entrant as deemed suitable by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. If the Entrant does not agree to his/her representative winning the prize on the Entrant’s behalf, that prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute or compensation will be offered to the Entrant or their representative;
•The drawn Entrant must name all 5 code words that were advertised throughout the week (Monday 14th November to Friday 18th November 2016) on The Today Show (the code words do not have to be verbalized in any particular order); and
•The person must answer the phone live when called. No recording devices, including but not limited to answering machines, will be accepted.
The final decision in determining whether or not an entrant has answered the phone in a manner in which deems them valid to be considered a winner, will remain at all times with the Promoter and will be determined by the Executive Producer of the Today Show or his nominated representative on the day. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter advises that the entrant take care in preparing to answer the call correctly (including but not limited to ensuring that the entrants’ phone is close within reach at all times). For the removal of doubt, the Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the entrant is unable to correctly answer the call as required.
The valid winner’s odds of winning the $1,000,000 prize are 1 in 20. The odds of being drawn as a valid winner may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn valid winner’s chances of winning the $1,000,000 prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
Additional Conditions:•In the event that the Today Show program on 18th November 2016 is changed, delayed or cancelled, the winner announcement that is scheduled for that broadcast will be carried out in the next show broadcasted on the next business day.
•The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
•The Promoter and/or the program producer reserve the right to terminate any entrant’s call and they will forfeit any right to a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they believe that the entrant is being in any way impolite, abusive or offensive and to prohibit any such entrant from future entry to the Promotion during the entire Promotional Period. Any such entrant’s prior entries to the Promotion will also be deemed invalid.
•It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree and acknowledge that by virtue of participating, their voices may be recorded and put live on air during The Today show program and consent to such recording and airing. Further, entrants agree that they may be interviewed, photographed and/or filmed at any time during their participation in the Promotion. 1.The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2.The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
3.Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
4.Employees (and the immediate family members) of agencies/companies associated with this Promotion, the Promoter, its distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5.If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian and where applicable to the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
6.Draws:
a)The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, NORTH SYDNEY NSW 2000, Australia at 07:15am AEDT on 18/11/16 using computerised random selection. See Winner Determination section of the Schedule above for further details.
b)If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.
7.All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
8.If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
9.The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.
10.If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
11.No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.
12.Prize will be awarded to the person named in the winning entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
13.Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at

14.For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
15.It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (or their parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18) may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.
16.If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
17.Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
18.If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
19.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
20.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
21.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
22.The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
23.It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed and filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agents for a story or feature on this promotion to be developed and featured on the Nine Network (or any other form of media it deems suitable) without further remuneration or reference to the participant. Details may feature on Nine Network on a date to be determined by the Promoters. The inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) will remain with the Promoter at all time.
24.Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when dialing or sending messages to the promotional number. It is the complete responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they dial or SMS the correct number, in the event that an error occurs the Promoter accepts no responsibility for either, costs incurred, responses received or all other consequences. This is the responsibility of the entrant.
25.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any SMS messages not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the SMS message due to technical disruptions or for any other reason. An entry will only be counted as being received when it has been received by the Promoter’s software system, not when it was sent from the handset.
26.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
27.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
