a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants expressly acknowledge that content submitted as part
of their entry may be used by the Promoter and Nexgard for promotional purposes including online and in all other media.
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and responding to the 25 words or less question: “What do you love about your pet?”
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified, and that entry will be awarded the Major prize.
(c) The Station will then select up to five (5) entries it deems to be
the “next best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified, and those entries will be awarded the Minor prizes.
(d) The Station will then award up to three thousand (3000) Entry prizes to the first 3,000 entrants who have successfully submitted a valid entry in to the competition (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form.
Entrants may only win one prize each.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, humour, suitability for online publishing, and relevance to the competition question.

16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prizes must be claimed by 4:00PM AEDT on Friday 3rd March 2017. The Minor prizes and Entry prizes will be delivered to the winner’s
registered residential address via mail.
The Major prize will be provided to the winner in the form of a prize pack which will be available for collection from the Station.
By entering this Competition, and by redeeming the prize, the winner acknowledges they have read the supplied product label for full claim details and usage instructions relating to the product, and once used are responsible for actions that may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
The winner is responsible for their pet/s and any special needs, requests, considerations or damage caused while taking the prize.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter and Merial Australia Pty Ltd a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
