1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not in accordance with these terms are invalid.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3. If a customer makes a purchase at any participating retail store* of $50 or more, then the
customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion.
4. If a customer makes a purchase at Coles of $100 or more, then the customer is eligible to
receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion.
5. To enter the Promotion, the customer must complete an entry form with their name,
address, daytime telephone number, email address and a receipt to the value of $50 / $100
or more must be attached and placed in the centre entry box located in Centre Court.
6. You may enter as many times as you like.
7. Entries deemed to be photocopies, illegible, indecipherable or incomplete will be
disqualified.
8. The Promotion commences at 9.00am Friday 11th November 2016 and closes at 3pm Friday
23rd December 2016.
9. The Promotion will be conducted over this period and the Promoter is Jen Management QLD
Pty Ltd ABN 61 080 874 – Kenmore Village 9 Brookfield Rd Kenmore Qld 4069.
10. Employees and immediate families and any person living at the same address of the
Promoter, Prize Suppliers, and all Retailers at Kenmore Village and any associated
organizations with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
11. **The prize described as ‘Planes’ is a $10,000 voucher from Helloworld to fly anywhere the
Winner chooses.
12. **The prize described as ‘Trains’ is based on a 2 adult trip on The Ghan in a Gold cabin
travelling from Adelaide to Darwin to the value of $5,000.
13. **The prize described as ‘Automobiles’ is a Mazda 2 Neo, including on road costs. On road
costs are limited to stamp duty, dealer delivery, registration for six (6) months and
compulsory third party insurance for six (6) months.
14. Unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions all other fees, duties, taxes, levies,
charges or expenses relating to the Prizes will be the responsibility of the Winners.
15. The first correct entry drawn at 3pm Friday 25th November 2016 will win the prize described
as ‘Planes’, the first correct entry drawn at 3pm Friday 9th December 2016 will win the prize described as ‘Trains’ and the first correct entry drawn at 3pm Friday 23rd December 2016 will win the prize described as ‘Automobiles’.
16. The draw/s for the Prize will take place at Centre Management, Kenmore Village, 9 Brookfield Rd, Kenmore Qld 4069.
17. The Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and requested to return to Kenmore Village to claim the Prize from Centre Management and agree to have their photo taken for publication on Kenmore Village’s website, Facebook page, e-newsletter and press.
18. Winners must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim their prize (Drivers Licence or similar). If the Winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent/guardian. If you are under the age of 14, you may only enter the competition if a parent/guardian is entering on your behalf.
