Competition Terms & Conditions – NSW GOV Transport These terms apply. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Promoter. The promoters of this competition are Babyology, ABN 33 114 483 251, PO Box 483, Woollahra 1350 and Transport for NSW ABN 18 804 239 602, Level 6, 18 Lee Street, Chippendale NSW 2008 (“referred to as the Promoter”).
Eligibility.
The promotion is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter (including employees of the Roads and Maritime Services, State Transit Authority, Sydney Trains, NSW Trains and RailCorp), and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The Promoter may request any entrant at any time to provide reasonable evidence that he or she meets the eligibility requirements and a failure to do so will result in disqualification from this competition.
Competition period. The competition commences 09/11/2016
and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 09/12/2016. How to enter: To enter this competition, participants must upload a picture to Facebook of your little backseat driver buckled up.
You may enter only once. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries (whether or not before or after receipt by the Promoter) or for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) including inaccessibility of any website during the competition period.
Prize: There are a total of 11 prize winners.
The major prize winner will receive 4 x tickets to Dance, Dance! The Wiggles Big Show! in Sydney. RRP $150. Event will be held on Saturday the 17th of December 2016.
The 10 runners up will receive either 1x book + 1x plush toy or 1x book + 1x t-shirt. RRP $30 per prize pack. If a winner and companions are, for whatever reason, unable to attend the event on the nominated date, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
Judging: The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and binding on every person who enters. Each entry will be judged by the Promoter (in its sole discretion).
No objections or appeals in relation to the judging and the decision of the Promoter will be accepted and no correspondence will be entered into by any of the promoters.

Prize value. Prize valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. Where prize is awarded in the form of a voucher/letter/ ticket or pass, the Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher/letter/ ticket or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of voucher/ letters/ tickets and passes is subject to terms and conditions stipulated on voucher/letter/ ticket/ pass.
Prize winner notification: The Prize Winners will be notified by direct Facebook message. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all details provided are true and accurate. The prize winner must respond to the prize winner notification within 14 calendar days of the prize winner notification being sent by the Promoter. If the Promoter does not receive a response for any reason then the Promoter reserves the right to reselect another prize winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for contacting the prize winners by any other method or for the relevant prize winners not receiving the prize winner notification for any reason (including, without limitation, due to any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control). Subject to paragraph 10(b), the Promoter will not notify any other entrant except the Prize Winners.
Prize delivery: Estimated date for the prize to be shipped to the winner is 1 week after draw date.
Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, each of the Promoters (including its officers, employees, officers and agents) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered or sustained (including if caused by negligence) including but not limited to for any death, illness personal injury or property loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, as a result of or arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of any one of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) participation in the promotion.
Delay or cancellation: If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition without notice. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
Privacy Notice. The Promoter will deal with any personal information that is collected from entrants as part of this competition in accordance with the relevant privacy laws.
Ownership of entries: All entries become the property of each of the Promoters and each entrant acknowledges and agrees that each entry submitted in connection with this competition is assigned to the Promoter upon submission and becomes the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The entrant transfers all intellectual property rights in the entry to each Promoter (including copyright) and consents to any use of their entry (other than personal information) which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Without limitation, the Promoter may use or reproduce any entry (in whole or part) in any publication, printed matter, online or in other media without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
