TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR
THE “MORE HORSEPOWER WITH ROUNDUP ULTRA® MAX PROMOTION” (PROMOTION)

1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details
(Terms), apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter is Sinochem International Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 74 160 164 616) of Level 8, 606 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC 3004 (Promoter).

3. Outlets participating in the Promotion are authorised Sinochem agents throughout Australia
(Participating Outlets).

4. The entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with these Terms at the time of
participation. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether
communicated to an entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these

Terms generally.
5. All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms even if the Promoter only
learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person.
Return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the
Promoter if this occurs.

6. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and the Promotion is final and
binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

PROMOTION PERIOD
7. Entry in the Promotion will commence at 00:01 AEST on 12/09/2016 and conclude at 23:59 AEST
on 15/04/2017 (Promotion Period).

WHO CAN ENTER
8. Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding:

(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities,
the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the
Promotion (including the prize supplier);

(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in
paragraph 8(a) of these Terms;

(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on
behalf of the Promoter, (Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 8(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
9. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must:

(a) purchase 1,000L or more of Roundup ULTRA® MAX (Eligible Product) in one (1)
transaction from a Participating Outlet between 01/08/2016 and 28/02/2017 inclusive
(Qualifying Purchase) and collect their original purchase receipt (Receipt); then

(b) during the Promotion Period, complete their entry in-store or online in accordance with
these Terms,(Eligible Entry).

10. To complete an Eligible Entry in-store, the Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) request a Promotion entry form (Entry Form) from staff at a Participating Outlet;

(b) fully complete the Entry Form including:

i. providing all personal details required by the Promoter, including but not limited to
their first name, last name, postal address and contact phone number;

ii. the Participating Outlet where they made their Qualifying Purchase;

iii. the number of litres of Eligible Product purchased in the Qualifying Purchase (as
shown on the Receipt);

iv. the date the Qualifying Purchase was made (as shown on the Receipt);

v. indicating their acceptance of these Terms; and

(c) affix their Receipt or a copy of their Receipt to their Entry Form; and

(d) submit their Entry Form in the entry box provided in the Participating Outlet,
(In-Store Entry).

11. To complete an Eligible Entry online, the Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) visit www.sinochem.com.au and follow the links to the online Promotion entry site
(Promotion Entry Site);

(b) fully complete and submit the online Promotion entry form (Online Entry Form) on the
Promotion Entry Site including:

i. entering all personal details required by the Promoter, including but not limited to
their first name, last name, email address, postal address, contact phone number
and receipt number;

ii. indicating the Participating Outlet where they made their Qualifying Purchase;

iii. indicating the number of litres of Eligible Product purchased in the Qualifying
Purchase (as shown on the Receipt);

iv. indicating the date the Qualifying Purchase was made (as shown on the Receipt);
and

v. indicating their acceptance of these Terms,

(Online Entry).
12. Eligible Entrants will be awarded two (2) entries in the Prize Draw for every 1,000L of Eligible
Product on their Qualifying Purchase receipt if the purchase was made between 01/08/2016 and
24/12/2016 inclusive.

Eligible Entrants will be awarded one (1) entry in the Prize Draw for every 1,000L of Eligible Product
on their Qualifying Purchase receipt if the purchase was made between 25/12/2016 and 28/02/2017 inclusive.For the avoidance of doubt, entries will be allocated based on each full 1,000L of Eligible Productin a Qualifying Purchase.E.g. If an entrant purchases 3,500L of Eligible Product in a Qualifying Purchase between01/08/2016 and 24/12/2016 inclusive, and submits their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period,

they will receive six (6) entries in the Prize Draw.

If an entrant purchases 3,500L of Eligible Product in a Qualifying Purchase between 25/12/2016
and 28/02/2017 inclusive, and submits their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period, they will
receive three (3) entries in the Prize Draw.

13. Incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable or incorrect entries (as determined by the Promoter in its
absolute discretion) are not eligible to win.

ONLINE ENTRIES
14. If an Eligible Entrant submits an Online Entry:

(a) which complies with these Terms, they will receive an on-screen notification
confirming that their entry has been successfully submitted; or

(b) which does not comply with these Terms, they will receive an on-screen notification
that their entry has not been successfully submitted, whichever is applicable in the circumstances.

15. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are the entrant’s responsibility and
are solely dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their
entries manually using an internet browser.

16. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that
allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render
entries submitted using such means invalid.

17. Online entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database,
not time of transmission by the entrant.

VERIFICATION

18. Entrants must retain their original purchase Receipt (unless affixed to their Entry Form) evidencing
their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase) for each entry they submit in the Promotion in order
to claim the prize (if won).

19. If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the
Promoter at its absolute discretion:

(a) appropriate photo identification or other documentation required by the Promoter
to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim the prize (if
won) and compliance with these Terms; and

(b) their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to each entry they have submitted in the
Promotion (if applicable).

20. If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the
satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s)
submitted by the entrant will be deemed invalid.

21. The prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the
Promoter being met to its satisfaction.

22. Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases (e.g. multiple names, addresses and/or email addresses) will be disqualified.

PRIZE DRAW
23. A random electronic prize draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter at Prime

Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141 (Draw Location) at 12 noon AEST on
03/05/2017 from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period (Prize Draw).
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the Prize Draw and record them in order in
case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or if the prize is not claimed in accordance
with these Terms (Reserve Entries).

24. The first Eligible Entrant with a valid entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Fastback 5.0L V8 with 6-speed automatic transmission valued at $64,838 RRP inclusive of GST and all on road costs including dealer delivery charges, stamp duty, 12 months registration and 12
months compulsory third party insurance (Prize). The Prize excludes any additional options and
accessories.

25. The colour of the Prize is subject to availability and does not include metallic paint colour options. The Promoter does not warrant that any choice of colour will be available.

26. The Prize will be delivered to a dealership in the winner’s nearest capital city in December 2017.
The Prize winner will be required to make their own way at their own expense to the dealership in
order to collect the Prize.

27. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as
offered and may not be varied.

28. The Prize value is correct at time of printing and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in
the value of the Prize.

29. Any number plate details used in promotional materials are representational. The Promoter may
require the winner to register the Prize with number plates provided, number plates will be brand
related and the winner will be required to retain the number plates on the Prize for a minimum of
12 months from registration.

30. In accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that the winner may incur ongoing costs
associated with the Prize vehicle which are the entire responsibility of the winner.

31. The Prize winner must provide the Promoter with their full name, address and current Australian
driver’s license prior to the awarding of the Prize vehicle. The Prize winner must provide the
Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as and when required by the
Promoter before the Prize vehicle is awarded.

32. If the Prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the Prize in his
or her name then he/she may, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, transfer the
Prize to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registering the Prize in Australia.

33. The Prize must be registered before the Prize vehicle can be collected.

34. The Prize winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign:
(a) an eligibility form confirming their compliance with these Terms and eligibility to
accept the Prize; and/or

(b) a liability release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
In the case of failure to return the signed eligibility form or release and indemnity, this will result in
the disqualification of that entrant from the Promotion.

35. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies
and the Prize supplier (Relevant Party) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage,
claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant or Prize winner in
relation to the Promotion or the Prize, including:

(a) any indirect, economic or consequential loss;

(b) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party;

(c) any liability for personal injury or death.

36. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winning
the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
37. The winner will be notified in writing and advertised in The Australian on 26/05/2017.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW (IF ANY)

38. If the Prize is won by an Eligible Entrant and they do not claim the Prize by 11.00 AEST on
03/08/2017 a winner will be drawn from the Reserve Entries. If there are no available Reserve
Entries, a random electronic re-draw will be conducted at 12 noon AEST on that date at the
Draw Location by a representative of the Promoter from all remaining Eligible Entries received in
the Promotion in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (if any), subject to any directions from the
relevant gaming departments (Re-Draw).

RE-DRAW WINNER NOTIFICATION (IF ANY)

39. The Re-Draw winner, if any, will be notified in writing and advertised in The Australian
on 25/08/2017.

GENERAL

40. A limit of one (1) Eligible Entry may be submitted per Qualifying Purchase/Receipt.

41. Eligible Entrants may submit a limit of one (1) Eligible Entry on any given day during the Promotion

Period, subject to a limit of 10 Eligible Entries per Eligible Entrant in the Promotion.

42. All costs associated or arising in connection with the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winner.

43. Acceptance and use of the Prize is subject to terms and conditions imposed by those involved in
providing goods and/or services as part of or in connection with the Prize.

44. If more than one person attempts to claim the Prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute
discretion to determine which of those persons the winning entrant is.

45. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves
the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize, subject
to any directions given by the relevant gaming departments.

46. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the
Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

47. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the online entry mechanism and
does not warrant that the online entry mechanism will be available, or a Participating Outlet will
be open, at all times during the Promotion Period.

48. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its
absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to the relevant
gaming regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.

49. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism/s
or prize draw in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is

likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply
with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

50. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these
Terms. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on
each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

51. The:
(a) Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, the Participating Outlets and all agencies
associated with the Promotion; and

(b) employees, agents, directors and contractors of all entities referred to in paragraph

51(a),
shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or
personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential
loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection
with, or arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except that which
cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent
allowable by law).

52. The Prize winner must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any promotion activity (such as
publicity and photography) relating to winning the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the
Promoter using their name and image in any future promotional material.

53. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may
be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether
successful or not, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted
by law.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

54. Immediately upon submission, all entries become the sole property of the Promoter.

55. All information entrants provide (Personal Information) will be used by the Promoter for the
purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting the winner.

56. Should an entrant's Personal Information change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant's
responsibility to notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the Contact Us form

57. The Promoter may disclose entrants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in
conducting this Promotion and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.

58. Should an entrant consent to receiving future information from the Promoter, via placing a tick in
the ‘opt in’ box featured on the Entry Form or Online Entry Form, information provided by the
entrant may be entered into a database and used by the Promoter, the Promoter's related
entities and agencies engaged by the Promoter, for the Promoter's current and future
promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them.

59. Entrants who ‘opt in’ may request access to update or correct their Personal Information held by
the Promoter and may request that they not receive further promotional or marketing
communications from the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the Contact Us form
